The core course was a very valuable introduction to product marketing. The videos are easy to follow, there’s an abundance of helpful resources, and plenty of additional community events too.

Gave me a good breadth of understanding
I did the Pricing course which was well-paced and gave me a good breadth of understanding, particularly in reference to different pricing models and how to use them
The production quality of the content is very high, though because the lecturers I've seen so far (this is the second course I've done) appear to be reading from an auto-cue in the main lectures, their delivery lacks personality which makes it harder (for me at least!) to follow them and get gripped by their content.
On the Pricing course, Tamara has a rather neutral delivery in the main lectures though in the fireside chats with other people (which aren't scripted), she really comes to life and is highly engaging.
The lecturers are experts in their field and already have slides, so I'd prefer them to ditch the auto-cue and go freestyle - I don't mind the "erm"s and "ah"s when the delivery is authentic :-)
I also wish I didn't get pop-ups while I'm taking a course to ask if I want to purchase another course - these are far too numerous for my liking!

Back to Basic Boot Camps for PMMs is Great!
I've been doing product marketing off and on for over 2 decades. I'm always so immersed in my work that I never take training. I think this was a mistake. Not that I necessarily forgot the basics but, you'd be surprised how just revisiting them in an open collaborative training session with your peers and connecting two and two together, can give you insights you can use in your day-to-day work. Particularly if you're starting at a new company or a new group within a larger company.

Absolutely loved this course. I am new to Customer Marketing, and my organization has never had a Customer Marketing role before. GREAT content, but exams need work
GREAT content, but exams need work. The content, framework, insights and industry knowledge are truly monumental and second to none; Bryony does a great job in front of the camera, though she speaks a little slowly (bump up to 1.25x speed to correct).
The actual exams, however, are filled with rote memorization of random facts and percentages and far too many 'all of the above - gotcha' questions where you have to perfectly thread a needle of 4 correct out of 5 plausible options, 6 out of 8, or select all individually when 'select all' isn't one of the options, etc. The Sales Enablement exam was especially silly on this point.
The course also is fully subtitled which is great for textual learners or the hearing impaired, but in many, many places the subtitles range from completely wrong to completely hilarious. Clearly auto-generated and clearly no human has looked at them or has the ability to correct them, if they have; and in more than one case the substitution of 'COVID' for 'covered' or the constant switching of to, too and two becomes so distracting you miss valuable information.
Overall, 100% worth the price for the frameworks, video coursework and access to live meetups, but the tests themselves seem very unlikely to have been formulated using consistent academic rigor. You can retake them if you don't get a passing score the first time through, but it would be better for the tests to focus on the content with fewer that depend on the perfect regurgitation of obscure points in the coursework.
(Edit: Quick followup on the value of the content. We onboarded a new CRM and it included a 'Marketing Masterclass' module with a timed 1-hour exam. Thanks to the PMA course, I passed their multiple-choice certification exam in 9 minutes. This content is really that good).

Time and money well spent but not quite a 5 star experience
This 8 week programme has been incredibly useful and thought provoking for me. I signed up for this course to gain new knowledge, learn from inspirational/aspirational leaders in this space and help me confidently take necessary steps to reset my role in my current position as Head of Product Marketing. I set out what I wanted to achieve and know that I made the right decision in taking this course.
You have to be disciplined to take the time out to complete the video sessions and tests but it's time well spent. I watched every single bonus footage which wasn't mandatory but can honestly say that the material was just as informative as the compulsory stuff.
I didn't give it 5 stars because there were a few communication issues before the course started and during the 8 weeks, I feel there could have been more interaction and an effort to engage with the Slack community.

Valuable Course for Product Marketers of All Industries
The course was well done. I appreciate that PM work is SO varied that it would be a huge challenge to tackle it in a way that was relevant to everyone taking it, and I think PMA did a good job of providing golden nuggets even in areas of the work that aren't currently a part of my PM work. The pace was quite slow and delivery was monotone, which made it hard to stay engaged at times - I appreciated the ability to watch at a higher speed. Perhaps switching up the speakers would help. The resources provided with the course were extremely valuable and very much appreciated. Overall, the course had great information, tangible examples from the "real world," touched on all the key elements of PM work, and provided strong takeaways and resources that I know I'll use to continue growing myself and my career.
