I recently completed the "Advanced Product Marketing" online education course provided by Product Marketing Alliance, and I have to say, it has truly been a game-changer for my career. This comprehensive course is an absolute must for any product marketing professional looking to elevate their skills and stay ahead in this dynamic field.

Great courses with a bunch of resources to download

I tried to cancel my membership in advance of my renewal date by contacting support because there were no visible options to cancel under my Account menu. I contacted support multiple times, without any response, until AFTER my renewal date and they charged me for another year of membership. I have reached out 3x more times on support (via email and chat) only to have them state "no refunds after renewal" (which I tried to prevent), and where they tell me how to cancel via "My Account" menu, there is no button! And they even say "if there is no button, contact support". Which I am doing!!!! I am caught in a loop from hell where they clearly don't read your messages, and have super shady business practices by hiding your cancellation options. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Course was really great at providing the fundamentals of product marketing. I have already started implementing the lessons in my day to day.

The course was highly insightful and practical, providing a comprehensive overview of essential product marketing strategies. It gave me the tools and confidence to excel in my role, particularly in areas like positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience that has already had a positive impact on my work.

I majored in Communication Sciences and gained considerable work experience during my studies, eventually becoming a Product Marketing Manager (PMM). When I first joined the team, I had limited theoretical knowledge of marketing, which made it challenging to grasp certain concepts. I essentially learned the theory by diving straight into practice. Looking back, having access to these invaluable lessons two years ago would have made the transition smoother and accelerated my learning in this amazing role.

That said, even watching the lessons now has been incredibly helpful. They reinforced my understanding and provided a much clearer picture of the PMM role. I've already started applying some of the insights I gained here. Huge thanks to the PMA team!
