Bike wasn't put together properly and had to redo the handlebars and pedals, the bell broke after under a month and the seat quality is poor and needed replacing. The battery went from 30% to 0% within 3 km's on the first full charge. Been riding 6 weeks now

The 2 stars for price. But the old cliché, you get what you pay for.

Would not recommend.

Brilliant bike!
I recently purchased the E-vantage e-bike. What a great bike. I took it onto the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail and did 160km over 3 days and the bike handled perfectly on all terrains. The battery life was excellent and better than the 30-60km noted. Really happy!!

Folding mountain bike is heavy and after folding and awkward handle barely fits in trunk of Q7.
Other than that it works as expected

Price. I had to use $65 to get it back.
It's complicated. Product is good.
The first one just got stolen and I had to buy another one for $65. All the best.

I couldn't select zero stars. If you are foolish enough to buy a bike from these idiots and say for example it's delivered to you with a wobbly wheel, you the customers have to jump through hoops to prove that you aren't lying and also make resolution aggravating, stressful and slow. This company is a laughing stock to bicycle sales. Run! Run away from this website and this company. Go to a real shop yeah?

I’m so happy with the Sierra E-bike I purchased recently. The quality of the bike is outstanding and far exceeded my expectations considering how well priced the bike is. It was easy to assemble and pickup from their local warehouse was a breeze. I highly recommend Progear and will likely buy a similar bike for my wife.

I recently purchased two e-bikes and picked them up from the distribution centre in Melbourne. The customer service was outstanding—the delivery person was polite and even helped load the bikes into my car. The bikes themselves exceeded my expectations in quality and performance. Highly recommend!
