I love the bike and the shipping was very quick.

Overall, the bike is very portable and nice to ride. My only issue is that the bike’s seat clamp is loose that is my I had to wrap the seatpost with some tape so that the seat will be tightened in place. Aside from that all are fine.

Bike as seen on line and pick up instructions were precise and clear.

The bike itself (etrike) is great. Nice to ride and well made.
Things to be aware of if you buy one -
1. Assembly instructions were awful, was too brief, video didn’t match bike model. Got the bike together but had to take it to a bike shop ($120) to get front wheel assembly and gears/chain adjusted

2. It doesn’t fold as flat as it looks. The front wheel just folds towards the 2 back wheels which are on a rigid axle. Quite heavy too so yet to find out if it will even fit in the SUV boot and if we can lift it that high

The ordering and picking up went very well and the price was excellent. The problem is not being able to try out the bike. I now think I could have made a better choice.

Purchasing my bike from progrear was very straight forward. The team communicated with me quickly about the bike and was ready for pick up the following day and had multi time slots to grab the bike from the Melbourne warehouse. The bike was more than a fair price, which made the assembly less painful.

Assembly the bike was pretty easy, but the instructions are not so straight forward.

They only issue I have with the bike is that I purchased an XL bike but still seems to be quiet small compared to my other xl bike. I also had to get a handle bar extender as I felt that I was leaning too far forward to reach for the bars. Outside of this, the bike has been pretty good so far.

awesome price , delivery was heaps fast , bike came 90% assembled as they said it would .. and put together so well and tightly done up on all the nuts and bolts . ecstatic on my new bike :)

The bike I ordered was better than I expected, easy to assemble and looks cool , the delivery time was also quick , it arrived within 7 days .,so easy to ride because of the 7 gears with little effort to shift whilst riding , I recommend this bike and company, they were brilliant.

What a load of rubbish. Shocking quality. This is the third display screen that’s gone faulty. I’m now too tired to give a damn and get it replaced. I’d rather crawl to my destination than buy a pro gear bike 😡😡😡 I only gave a 1 star because zero wasn’t an option.

No dramas, seamless process.
Bike is great too - perfect quality and price for a kid that will no doubt grow out of it before it needs new tyres.

I ordered a cracker fat tyre bike, it is perfect, good price and extremely fast delivery, i was so happy i ordered another one for my wife and that one arrived even quicker, so yes my experience with this company was perfect

Bike as promised, delivery prompt, not too har to assemble if you have tools and a bit of know-how. All parts present for main bike, just 2 screws missing to install mudguard which were easily purchased from local ship's chandler (so they were stainless steel). Bike works beautifully- thank you.
