My experience was great, I had no knowledge of bicycles but with just phone calls I was able get help from progear stuff. Eventually I bought my bike which arrived within specified time and I like it.

Communication easy enjoyable

Great bik.
Bike is great. I had some problem with the assembly instructions and contacted the call centre. They were helpful but the link they sent was for a different bike and it did not solve the problem I was having attaching the front mudguard. I just had to remove a nut - but I did have to work this out myself.

It was hard to put together, I eventually found YouTube for instructions but when it came to the Tyre NO ARROW was marked on it indicating which way is forward???

Tyres should have that arrow marking that will serve as a guide on how to properly assemble the bike. If the bike did not come with such, it must have been an oversight during production which we will need to address. Easy to order online and was able to pick up. Good price for the bike. Bike was semi built so assembly was easy and straight forward. This bike is of good quality the orange Color is more towards a bright red. Very happy with the service

It was so easy to order this online
It was so easy to order this online, compared to going into a bicycle store and being told what I want.
The bike arrived in a timely manner.
Assembly was a breeze.
Just make sure you go through all the nuts and bolts even the pre assembled ones and give a good tighten.
After the first week go over them again just as a precaution.
Yes I would buy another bike from Progear.

A pedal fell out after two months
A pedal fell out after two months. I sent them a photo of the damaged pedal asking them if they could fix it under warranty. They said I needed to take the bike in to see whether they would fix it. I take the bike to the distributor Global Fitness and Leisure in Broadmeadows, and they refused to fix it under warranty.

Sorry to hear about this matter and we apologise for the troubles. We can see that there is an existing case for this bike and our specialists have offered to replace the parts and won't charge you for any labor costs. As you have not responded, they decided to refit the pedal that you have at no cost and they have been asking you to collect it in which you advised you'd rather have it disposed.
During assessment of your pedals, our team discovered that the damage was due to the pedal being cross threaded and as a result of this improper fitting, it would really make the pedal fall off. As this is not a factory defect but a wear and tear issue due to incorrect assembly, our specialists explained that this will not be covered under warranty. The bike assist does not reach 25kmh
The bike assist does not reach 25km/h, I will say only up to 21-22km/h max. Only 500km of distance used, start hearing the little unpleasant noise come from the front wheel. Can’t spot where is come from.
By the way poor accessories promoting ; Order the bottle mount together but have no place to install on it, email Progear support have no responding.
At last they did reply after I call, will see.
just found charger death this morning, after plug unplug and swapping AC cable few time and it back to life, work now. Overall this is good for uphills riders

Bike is damaged in box when i got it home. Something heavy must have been placed on it as its bent. No point trying for a replacement as office girl was rude because i arrived 10min early for pick up which didnt affect them as they kept me waiting half an hour.
