Really disappointing
Really disappointing. Paid extra for next day delivery. No delivery 4 days later. Called to chase up and they do not have it in stock. Why take the payment including next day delivery if you do not have the product in stock? Box blight has got significantly worse in the time i have been waiting for this product.

Circa due anni fa ho acquistato un tosaerba a batteria 40 v progreen pgl 31. Adesso, dopo alcuni minuti di funzionamento, il motore elettrico si blocca rumorosamente. Smontata la calotta di protezione del motore, è risultata completamente deteriorata una "rondella" di plastica che contiene superiormente l'asse del rotore. "Rondella" che è introvabile e rende il tosaerba da rottamare: plastica a contatto di metallo in rotazione!

I ordered what I thought was a genuine…
I ordered what I thought was a genuine Cooper Pegler variable brass spray nozzle & adapter.
Tried, tested and failed miserably.
The authenticity is certainly questionable as Cooper pegler are known for good quality.
I wouldn’t have bothered with a review if I had not of paid over £45 for what basically is a small threaded bit of plastic with a brass nut and bolt attached.
In order to adjust a fan width, you twist the nozzle to widen or decrease the angle but in this case you can’t.
On twisting the cap to adjust the fan, the cap acts like a nut and continues to loosen and falls off.
Ive contacted pro green and im still yet to receive any follow up call.

Great service and products
Great service and products. Ordered two items, Arbor Gold Tree, Shrub and Hedge Fertiliser and Amvista Seaweed Meal on 30th August and received the order on the 3rd September. Had bought and used the Arbor Gold Tree, Shrub and Hedge Fertiliser last autumn, and it really helped my plants in the borders. Have used some of the Seaweed meal and even in the very short time can see a difference between untreated plants and treated plants, even at this time of year. Very Happy customer who has been using their products for 4 years.

Online order not delivered, no communication
Online order not delivered. I contacted customer service (polite and helpful) who said a new order would be placed for next day delivery. When that didn't show either, I went back to customer service (again polite and helpful) who apologised, said the new delivery was delayed as one item was out of stock. I asked to cancel the order for a full refund. This was agreed in writing. A few weeks later, still no refund. Then the delivery turned up with a neighbour. I phoned Pro Green who did not seem surprised (even though I had confirmation the order was cancelled) and offered to arrange a return via courier (very smooth). Silence for another couple of weeks before I phoned customer service only to be told that whilst my refund was now being processed, a £10 delivery fee would be deducted. So I am left with no product, hours of chasing and a £10 fee. Customer service (polite, helpful always) said they would make the case for a full refund, but the amount credited to my account was still minus the delivery charge.

Motore difettoso e verniciatura
Dopo circa 2 anni forse qualche mese in più, durante l'accensione il motore non partiva e dallo scarico usciva la benzina.Ho fatto il meccanico di moto e automaticità fratelli Gabbani ,VECCHIANO.
Sembra che si sia rotta una molla o il fermo della Valvola. Mi sapete dire di cosa si tratta.secondo quanto costa il motore sono disposto a cambiarlo.

Poor service
Poor service - took around a couple of weeks for an ‘in stock’ item. Called and was told it had been picked up and it was the couriers fault. Called a few days later and was told it was in fact out of stock at time of ordering??? Liars. As a professional I need equipment in good time - I will not use again.

Another dissatisfied customer, order placed 19.03.24. I assumed the item was in stock. I have spent 7 days chasing the order , ProGreen are unable to fulfill my order due to a supply problem. I realise this is out of their hands but if I had not spent a week chasing I would be none the wiser. I have requested a full refund, but now have to wait for Progreen to process it . I hope I am not waiting as long as the earlier post. Not a good company to deal with.

Poor Service
I have purchased products from this company for years. Usually they are reliable and deliver in a timely manner. However. The last order I put in although it was listed as "in stock" it certainly wasn't. Usually the turnaround is between 1-2 days. I phoned to enquire why my products hadn't been delivered after day 6 and they then told me that the products weren't in stocks even though the website clearly stated it was. I asked for a refund as I needed the products that day and got them locally. They said it could take 5-7 working days for he refund. 19 days later the refund still hadn't arrived so I rang and complained. The staff were very polite. I explained that the service wasn't what I expected from a trusted seller that i have use many times before. After 25 days now I still havnt received a refund and was told that it could take up to another 5-7 days for the monies to be refunded. Absolute joke from such a well known brand
