They resolved the problem quickly and efficiently, there was excessive ice buildup, and the technician clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue in detail and walked me through what needed to be fixed. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them!

Andrey technician fixed my leaking dishwasher, he had all parts in his truck and fixed it on that same visit and provided 1 year warranty on parts and labour. Great company with great technicians.

I had a problem with my Samsung dryer which stopped heating, called Promaster, technician showed up same day, and quickly diagnosed the problem with heating element, gave me options for repair and replaced the element, also did complimentary maintenance, lubed all the rollers, dryer sounds like new and heating properly. Recommend the service!

Had a great experience with promaster and especially with Andrey. Fixed my fridge on the same day and with good price.

This company is scandalous, takes money and doesn’t know how to do the work. After the fact doesn’t return calls or text messages, doesn’t meet timeline of appointments. Blocks calls but answers calls when called from other numbers. Stay away. Do your homework and read all reviews on the various websites. Positive (very limited) reviews do not have local addresses.

In July 2025 ProMaster installed a new compressor in my refrigerator. Paid over $700.00. Less than two months later the compressor started have the same issues. When called they promised to send someone out. No one came and now they are claiming they are not ProMaster, even though they claim they are, and then they hang-up on me.

Ice maker issue -- you placed a new mother board and said if that did not fix the issue, you would place back the original mother board and return the $660 we paid for the new mother board you placed. After you took back the new mother board, you have not returned the $660 payment and will not return any calls or confirm the refund amount. Dan Ball - 440-285-8164
