PromoDealer Reviews

Will be a repeat customer! Quick turnaround time and delivery! Was more than happy with final product.

Thank you! Look forward to receiving our order next week and hope to work with you in the future as well..

PromoDealer's rep was so genuine. She had pulled up our account before I even gave her the detail to find it. Most impressive. She confirmed our logo was still in existence and asked how many we needed and, bam, order done. Her personality was just what one would wish for when dealing with customer service. And the products are always quality.

I love working with Stephanie Werner she is extremely knowledgeable and makes me feel like she is going above and beyond everytime.

The quality of the products and the honest received on products I inquire is so valuable to me and truly makes me want to continue doing business with this company.

Fast and easy to place order. Flash drives came in a timely manner. They look great.

Great experience every single time!

Fast Service I received product 1 week prior to the promised date!! Will order again.

Very responsive to my requests for information. Product arrived faster than expected and in perfect condition! Good value for price.

They were helpful over the phone and our order was very prompt.

PromoDealer helped me with our Branded USB Drives. They had the art from a previous order which was a few years back and got me pricing on various options of sizes and styles.
After placing the order I was able to preview the art on the actual USB Drive and we had or product very fast after approval.
The drives look fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the quality and servise they provided.

Absolutely the best experience! This was my first order with a company like this, at a new job. The Promodealer team made everything extremely easy, offered great advice, and helped find the best fitting options. My boss is very pleased, and would like this to be our go-to vendor from now on.

Wonderful service and very happy with how our personalized flash drives turned out!

The quote I received from Seth came quickly and was precise and detailed. He was professional, polite, and personable; I would place any future orders directly with him.

Our order was delivered quickly, was packaged efficiently, and the branding logos were amazing quality.

Easy to work with -- friendly -- quick shipping

Very straightforward ordering. Easy and quick delivery of product.

Great customer service but I ordered white flash drives and they look light gray.

Outstanding company. My Account Coordinator, Seth Gross, was amazing and worked with me from start to finish. His product knowledge and grasp of what I needed and when was on target. The quality for my imprinted USB's was excellent, priced competitively and delivered on time. I will continue to do business with Promo Dealer. Thank you.

Katherine was great, very responsive, and a pleasure to do business with, keep up the good work!!
