The best for leasing your self managed property
I have used Property Now for many years to advertise my self managed properties for lease. The site is very easy to navigate and use. My changes (eg updating inspection times) take effect immediately. I am notified of interest immediately. The add (wording and pics) and my verification details stay on the site so I can re-advertise quickly by just updating the add. If I have any queries they are addressed immediately by their efficient support team.

Quick and easy for landlord. Not so easy for applicants.to use
Quick and easy to use.
Clearer directions on the ad, to show prospective tenants how to apply for the property. Many applicants cant find how to apply, then they find it too confusing and too complicated.
Thank you for your reply. I did not know that the tenants get this link. I can now refer them to this when they ask how to apply.

Highly recommend Property Now.
This is the second occasion we have used Property Now to sell our own property. The process of creating advertising for the property was easy with step by step written and video tutorial instruction. Advice was also available via telephone. The email enquiry system from buyers was easy to use. We highly recommend Property Now. Very satisfying to sell your own property.

My experience using Property Now has…
My experience using Property Now has been smooth sailing having sold 3 properties with a 12 month period using this platform. I was particularly happy with the amazing communication and prompt reply to any questions. Our next place will be our forever home so hopefully do not need to sell again but have no hesitation in recommending selling using the Property Now platform.

Professional easy to use service
Would never use a real estate agent again! Easy to use and very well supported service. Prompt and professional response from real people. Listed one day, open home the next, offer the same day, didn't even have time for the sign to arrive before it was sold!!

Flawless experience with Property Now

The experience was absolutely night and day different. I ended up leasing to the first applicant to inspect. I would never us FB again for letting. Its algorithm does not work for the landlord. I give PropertyNow 5 stars. Excellent.
