Second Time through with PropertyNow doesn't dissapoint!
This is our second time selling with PropertyNow. Even during a turbulent and quieter time in the property market following all the tax changes, we have managed to come out on top, beating a comparable property by $40k and selling within the median time period. I believe the ability to make your own decisions, determine your own marketing angles, set your own pricing, have open homes when you want them is what makes the difference.
The platform itself is so simple and easy to use and puts you in control. Given the slower market, we probably invested about 25 hours (including about 10 open homes), but saved over $25,000 dollars in commission!

Very Happy Outcome - Leased Out in One Day!
Extremely happy with the outcome of my listing. Listed my property online and the next day I had 3 inspection requests and a very keen application.
The lovely new tenants will now be moving in the day after the existing tenant moves out, so we won't be loosing any money.

Such a Great Experience because…
I so enjoyed the experience because staff were so efficient, obliging and competent, and readily available to offer assistance if needed.
The cost was remarkably low and fixed, compared to charges of traditional realestate companies. I have literally saved thousands of dollars, yet the marketing experience was professionally handled by competent staff. My sale was so quick, that I still can’t believe that I am in my new house within a month of going live with PropertyNow.
I highly recommend PropertyNow to any vendor who wants to save dollars, list in major portals, get professional looking marketing items,and importantly, enjoy the whole selling experience.
