I found it so easy to sell my own place through Property Now! The platform is easy to use, the support provided was thorough and the response times were quick. I wanted a specific visual look for my campaign, and the Property Now team worked with me to help me achieve that. They provided options, including informing me of financial savings, which proved their integrity. Being my own Real Estate Agent was interesting and insightful and resulted in success! Will do it again!

Absolutely Amazing!!
Absolutely Amazing!!! I will never use a real estate agent again. Cost less than $1000, sold within 2 weeks and sold for higher than what we were quoted from 3 different real estate agents. Trust you gut and at least try to sell your self first. If it doesn't sell, then try an agent, but at least give it a go. The money we saved is crazy!!!

Working with property now was literally too easy. My property was listed within hours, and sold within 2 weeks. They respond instantly with any help needed. Not only did save on the commission but I had control the whole time, dealing with potential purchasers one on one. Ended up selling within 2 weeks of advertising. This site is a danger to all agents.

Having a very unique property we decided to do it alone, feeling like we knew the property better than anyone else. Everything went smoothly. Any advice we sort was easy to understand and implement. We could schedule viewings when it suited us and the once off view was fabulous no trying to work out final price minus the commission. Would highly recommend

Rental without hassle
A simple system that saves using a property manager at cost. No hassle. I only used the advertising and tenancy application components of their service but their ongoing admin management component looks very cost effective if you don’t want to do it yourself.

Being in control
Being in control was important to me I have used agents who didn't put the effort in for the open house. This way I could make people feel welcome and tell them about the property honestly. I think it's critical to get your ducks in a row first, that is prepare the property, get the price right and then all that's left is to list it. That is where property now take over,
