The store replied to my first review on 5th March 2021 saying they had refunded me. I checked and it's NOT TRUE. I waited 10 days but no refunds at all.

I just want to point out again this is a SCAMMER. Do NOT buy from this store.

I also hope Trustpilot will remove his reply because it's false and it's a fraudolent way to use this site.

ordered soccer cleats in sept 2020. delivered in oct. used at 2 games and 2 practices and sole seperated from shoe. sent 4 emails to the email address given. no response. sent email to support pro soccer store and email cant be delivered. would not buy another item from this co. scam stay away

Boots came in two weeks and look ok but they've sent the WRONG size. Now i have all the hassle of returning them and trying to arrange delivery of the size i ordered in the first place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They claim to sell authentic products and their reasoning for not sending in the authentic/original box is that they are providing a better experience for the customer so that the customer doesn’t have to pay import tax.

The boots are cheap (as you’d expect because they’re fake). I was assured numerous times by their ‘support’ that I was buying an authentic product. I even tried to cancel my order after a few days because I had reservations about the authenticity. As soon as I requested to cancel my order, lo and behold, it had been shipped! The tracking service is completely unprofessional. No official email, just a reply to an email I’d sent with the tracking number.

When the boots arrived, obviously they weren’t legitimate so I requested a refund. The address I was given was in China. I sent them back using a tracking service. I also opened a PayPal case to cover my back. Pro Soccer Store agreed to the refund via PayPal knowing full well that I hadn’t sent the boots back to their actual address in India. Therefore, as the addresses didn’t match, it would be difficult for PayPal to grant me the refund unless I could verify a link between the 2 addresses.

Not only this, the boots sat at the local delivery depot for 3 weeks, I assume so that they stay there long enough to ‘return to sender’ and I may give up because of the length of the wait and cost to myself. They claim to have collected the parcel. They haven’t

In case you haven’t picked up the tone of my message, do not buy anything from Pro Soccer Store. The products are fake. If you want to buy fake products, I suggest you go somewhere where you can pay a third of the price.

I ordered boots from here last year. When they arrived they were fake. I complained through PayPal and pro soccer store agreed to refund me.
I used tracked delivery confirming they had received the boots back and they refused to refund my money.
So I was money down and no fake boots to show for it
Please do not use.
If they read this review and they return my money I would he happy to change this review.
But as far as I can see it is a scam

Scam company!
I bought Nike fotballshoes and it was delivered late, only after several emails Did they send it. Upon arrival the shoes and box were Fake! After several emails and phonecalls it was agreed that I should send them back and get a refund incl the return shipping cost. Nothing happened. New emails and phonecalls and every time they Said that the refund Will be made within 48 hours. It has now been 4 months and still NO refund. Be aware! Its a scam company with fake shoes!!!

All seemed very dodgy from the start. Was desperate for the boots, asked for a refund nothing back yet. Very poor communication once ordered the boots had absolutely no idea how long delivery would take.

Not best service, I ordered and received nike football boots which were fake and not originals..., I sent the shoes back to Pro Soccer Store and they confirmed that they received the shoes back and promised to send my money back, after 3 months I finally received my refund of EUR 112,49 back from Pro Soccer Store. Hopefully it is a one off and a good lesson for Pro Soccer Store to improve their service

I bought soccer cleats for $99.99 3 weeks ago. About 1 day after the purchase, I emailed them for a refund and to cancel my order. They still haven't refunded my money and they're not answering. I've been waiting for 3 weeks.

It took 5 weeks to get the shoes and they sent the wrong ones. They have made it very difficult to get a refund since. After multiple emails, I still haven't received return shipping information. THEY MADE THE ERROR and they are making it very hard. Very poor customer experience.

I have not purchased from you yet, but I have noticed that the Nike Mercurial Vapor XI FG shoes have been discontinued and rarely seen in the world, but you are still the full size of these shoes. This makes me doubt about the quality of the product and in addition to the 1-star reviews of customers who have purchased ...

Careful! they're doing drop shipping, They will sell you $40 China made cleats for $180

Sent wrong colour boots. Sent boots that had someones initials on them "JC7". Sent two pairs of 10.5 which were completely different sizes. Seem to be very good copies but maybe not legit.
