Extremely easy to purchase the insurance you need. I did it all online from getting a quote to purchasing the insurance I needed. I've been with Protectivity before and when I needed insurance again I came straight back to them because they are a pleasure to deal with.

Too many emails
Absolutely fine up until I processed a quote. Since then, I have been inundated with emails: "Still need protection?", "Share your feedback with us", "We value your feedback". It's bordering on spam and is enough to make me avoid using Protectivity in future.
** Edit: contradictory response to this review from Protectivity says it understands that only relevant emails are preferable, while default communications preference is 'Everything' and you have to phone them to adjust this. Waste of customer time?

Protectivity excellent customer services
I found Protectivity customer services to be super helpful when l sent 3 enquiry emails. They got back to me the next working day which l found to be efficient. Once my queries were answered I was super happy to go ahead and purchase the insurance.
