Great customer service

Great customer service, care and attention to detail when it comes to offering assistance. The response was a bit slow however none of the answers to my queries were lacking in the slightest which proves that swiftness is not always important but knowledgeable responses due to active listening and an intence effort when it comes to being the expert. Some information as it concerns the challenges do need to be at the forefront or should at least be provided in an email when a challenge is started to make everything more seemless however. Otherwise everything is great!

i was about to give up on this prop…

i was about to give up on this prop firm however i was contacted by a customer service rep convinced me to join a so-called promotion that they will manage and help to build my account but from i perches that account until its breached nobody reached out so my assumptions were right, its weird how i can pass their challenges but never successful with their live accounts am done with them, will take my time to build my small account all i need to do is be patient.

Deceiving withdrawal promises. Prove me wrong!

What's going on for account ##38506## withdrawal? It's been 4 months waiting for a simple withdrawal. I've given up. Every week I've been hearing Friday from the customer service reps, and then nobody answers my calls on the deadline date. This is all crazy.

After a detailed internal audit, your account was found to have clear evidence of trade manipulation, the use of unauthorized bots, and system tampering attempts — including actions that posed serious security risks to our data and other traders’ accounts.

Growth

Over the past few years, I’ve been trading with PTF, and I must say the platform is a good one. PTF is honestly one of the best prop firms when it comes to convenience and genuinely supporting traders. As a newly startup company, it has come a long way.

Yes, we all faced some issues, including myself but were they resolved? Absolutely. Payouts may have been delayed for understandable reasons, but every issue I encountered was addressed, and I must commend the team for their dedication, especially those 2 customer support.

PTF has definitely grown by learning and adapting and thats key in any industry. With full transparency and recent comm from the CEO himself, I have no doubt that bigger things are on the rise . Trust.

A New Beginning

I’m pleased to say that after all the the hiccups I had starting out with this company, I can stand to say that their customer service and relationship have improved greatly, and thankfully I had the first hand experience of getting a call from the owner of the company himself (CEO), ensuring that his customers are felt cherished and appreciated, to foster a pure and transparent business relationship and to furthermore us (his customers) that he has our best interests at heart regardless of the past unforeseen circumstances that took place. Even after waiting a while longer than the expected date for my payout, It is a pleasure to say I received it nevertheless and that made me happy. With a vision still displaying “Winners Win” he still has the resilience to ensure a smooth business relationship and a wonderful experience with all his customers. For those who have been having issues. Take a moment to be a little more patient with the unresolved situations you have. The Don’t pay you!

These guys (PTF) has a serious pay problem.
This is my 3rd time and every single time I’ve had to wait weeks/months for my pay out. Poor communication, in there discord if should dare ask about your money your messages are deleted. That’s if they don’t ban you. I have had a lot of traders signed us with these guys because I think they have the ability to grow big but now no one wants to do business with them because how things played out and constant complains about person not getting their money …. Pro traders fund has become ridiculous pajama has changed up the platform I've recently got an account breach for holding over the weekend for which it is allowed to hold over weekend. Now if you want to hold trades over weekend or to get 90% profit split or to even trade news you have to pay for it so f stupid I guess that's the thing with Jamaicans they can't do business, I'm personally deleting my pro traders fund account because of this garbage prop firm ridiculous 90% profit split oh really but I have to pay extra to get it

Protraders are actually SCAMMERS

I wish Trust pilot had an option to post photos of ongoing promises and lies Protraders and its owner PyjamaBillionare are telling traders who are owed profits since 2024 and unable to post here because of a clause in the contract that forfeits any payment due if the make negative post anywhere. Protraders create a bad reputation for prop firms and are literally scamming traders. The update from Pro Traders says " We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing payment ...while we regret we cannot provide as date for payout" They have been saying this to everyone waiting on payout since last year. The sad part is they forfeit your account if you post anything on trustpilot. Pyjama and his team need to be reported to FBI for investigation! ALSO THEY DELETE MESSAGES FROM THE DISCORD . People are aware so they keep the screenshots!

Worse Experience Ever

February 17th still no payout. I’ve been waiting on payout from the 14th of February and I’ve yet to get a payout. Over a month now and they still use the system update excuse kmt. My payment has been in processing from the 14th of February smh.

People if you expect to get fast payout don’t choose this platform please “mi a beg uno” at thins point its very clear that the 3 the payout is a load of 💩💩💩.

What make it even worse is that if you make a bad comment in the discord they delete the comment 🤣🤔 now why would you guys do that.

This platform is not the perfect, it still need a lot of work. At some point this PONZI scam has to stop. People expect to get quality for there money and people expect to get them money when them withdraw it….

Uno can delete whatever uno want to delete because the truth is always the truth… mi need mi payout…

A Disappointment in Every Way

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Pro trader. They promised fast withdrawals turned into a drawn-out, frustrating ordeal, compounded by unexpected fees and in the end I never got my withdrawal, after encountering repeated delays and vague explanations leaving me both stressed and out of pocket.

In my quest for a reliable investment platform , I learned of alternatives where transparency and efficiency are prioritised, BullStash was the name in every of my fellow successful investors not until I tried for myself did I attest to what they were all saying.

It's unfortunate that Pro trader falls short of even basic expectations in handling investors funds. I hope they take immediate steps to improve their service. Until then, I urge prospective investors to proceed with caution.

Breached Account

My account was breached and when I contacted customer service and advise I did not received any warning email as usual and I didn't breach any of the rules clearly outlined that would deem a breach yet when I tried to ask a reasonably question to understand why the breach was valid I was advise the breach is Valid and that's that.
