Months without receiving my payment
Months without receiving my payment. I was part of the Discord group, following all the withdrawal protocols, and also trying to reach out via email and tickets on Discord. But nothing was resolved. The response was always the same: ‘payment will be made on Friday.’
I started speaking up along with others in the Discord group, always in a respectful manner. However, the responses we received were always disrespectful and aggressive. Because I spoke up, the first step they took was to remove me from the group. I continued speaking up, and now they have revoked my access to the platform where I have my accounts. I own 5 funded accounts, 4 of 100k and 1 of 200k. I requested a withdrawal of my profits months ago, but nothing was paid, and now I don’t even have access to my accounts anymore.
In summary, they didn’t pay me and revoked my access to silence me. That’s how this company operates. They try to intimidate you into staying quiet. However, until they give me at least my money back, I will keep demanding and reporting them so that others won’t be scammed!

We are a performance-based funding platform that only succeeds when our traders succeed, and many of them have transformed their lives under our programs. That said, you mentioned managing 5 funded accounts — four $100K and one $200K. We take this very seriously. However, if your access was revoked, it would only happen in extreme cases after multiple documented violations of our Terms of Use, such as:
Attempted system manipulation
Abuse of Discord channels or repeated spread of misinformation
Flagged trading activity by our internal and external risk review teams
Non-compliance with platform guidelines despite warnings
We do not remove users for “speaking up respectfully.” In fact, we hold weekly webinars, live coaching, open Q&As, and Discord sessions to help our traders feel heard and supported. But when respectful dialogue turns into disruption that misleads others or undermines community morale, we must act — not out of intimidation, but out of responsibility to the thousands of traders who rely on our services.

And so we go on, another week has passed. I still haven’t received my payment, and all my accesses have been blocked.
This is how this company operates: months of delayed payments, and if you complain, you’re retaliated against. There’s no negotiation — either you accept it, or they simply delete you!
This company is a disgrace. Stay away if you don’t want unnecessary stress.

After I failed my challenge I recommended my friend to buy a 10k account. I trusted this prop firm until he said that he passed the challenge and requested his payout. It’s been nearly 2 months now and no damn payout!!! We’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times they gave us shit reviews!!!! We are tired of this. Pro traders fund is by far the worst prop firm ever!!! I expected way better from a prop from my own country!!! YALL said y’all have payment processing issues. It’s been months now fix it!!! Ppl need their money!!! Trading is already difficult and imaging stressing to pass the challenges and now when we pass it we can’t get a payout!!! Come tf on man!! Step tf up!! If y’all can make such a good prop firm w good rules and good spreads, little to no slippage and eveything why can’t you can’t fix the one thing that’s drawing you you!! Omfg. The system is atrocious. I purchased a 10K challenge over 2 weeks now and I'm unable to login to my trading account so I can trade. I've contacted their customer care numerous times complaining about this issue. They told it will be rectified within 24 to 48 hours. Now it's 2 weeks later and I still can't access my MT5 account.

Terrible company do not purchase.
Terrible company. Their customer service is poor basically non existent. I complained about an issue over email and I had to do a follow up which took their team over 2 weeks to respond to without a resolution. I had a truly awful experience with this business and I’m sure it will not continue operating like this.
