I've had wrost experience with getting my first withdrawal, just to be clear i still have not received it, it has been two weeks now and nothing, i had to call it a loss but its the worst thing; when not even the customer service rep knows what to tell you about the money that you worked so hard for, all they are saying is that i will send it over same thing the previous rep did, i asked didnt the previous rep did this already all i got was of it was done already that means you will get it today then i ask the cut off time she say next week like what i have already waited 2 weeks for an "instant" payout that i selected, you need to either improve customer service or give the people them more access to information so that they can better communicate with us, kudos to who had great experience i didnt

Final Review of this Pro Trades Fund Company.
I've been with PTF since the start of the year and I can say its rather daunting dealing with the Company.
-1st Payouts which are the most essential part of this business is the worst, I've waited 4months for my first payout, with their reasoning its because of compliance and system changes etc. I'm sure aware if i waited that long to pay the company's fees for the challenge account they wouldn't let me , so why should I have to wait 4months. Thats unreasonable for any delays for such an investment.
2nd they sent out a contract stating 80/20 profit split along with advertising this 4months ago on thier website. When i'm recieveing my payout they gave me 70/30 even though in the contract it stated otherwise. This seems suspicious, for them to go back on what they are advertising hence False Adverstising.
3rd Their customer support seems to neglect speedy responses to payout questions based on the multiple times I have contacted them, apart from Yannick who really put out the effort to get my payout process the company overall still has a milestone of work to be completed for improvement.
4th Recently they have come out with KYC verifications again after the "Compliance Sarga "
I get that their partners "APEX Market & others" require this however I have done Apex KYC and its finished in a couple days.
Their KYC verification last 2 weeks even though at the top of the page it says "You will be verified by our agent within 2 business days."
Its just one delay after another after another, you can't structure financial plans from your investments with PTF based on the fact that your unsure if you'll get payout when its consistent Delays 1 after the other and so on.
Makes you wonder if this is a delay tactic to payout less and Recruit more customers and use their fees to cover existing traders that should be paid out.
In conclusion, they have serious payout and false advertising issues that so many customers are talking about, including other customers that are so flustered they'd rather just not say anything and move on .
For any one looking for a firm best read the reviews and cross check the facts because waiting 4months for a payout doesnt seem feasible.
Advice -: Best work on your trading skills , improve , develop and try ur best to apply ur trading skills to trade for urself, find a broker that has less flaws and work on building your networth and do not rely on any Proper firm .
My Account may be targeted now for "Deactivation/Breach " because I spoke the truth but thats fine I already got back my intial investment and learnt a lesson to always work on yourself and your skills.

However, in April, we launched an update that allows customers to request their profit split directly from their dashboard. With this update, the correct profit split of 70/30, as initially agreed, was implemented. We apologize for any confusion surrounding this transition.

Stay away. Not recommended.
These people put a lot of effort into advertising and getting customers with deals and discounts BUT little to no effort dealing with customer and account issues. Once they get your money you're no longer a priority.
The system incorrectly flagged my account as "Failed Permanently" for breaching max drawdown, even though I was 9.80% down on the account (out of 12%). It said I breached by $6,604 when that's actually the amount I had left before my account would reach max drawdown. Clearly a technical issue.
I emailed support and was asked to reply with additional information which I promptly provided. It's been a month and no one has responded to that email nor the several follow ups I've sent asking for an update. Nothing to say how they're looking to resolve the issue. Nothing to give a timeline. Nothing. They just completely ignore the issue. But they seem quick to reply to reviews because that affects their public image.
Save yourself the frustration and money. Look elsewhere.

Then you reply with this nonsense. My trade was stopped by a stop loss set as soon as I entered so how could my drawdown be lower than where my stop loss was filled. Every metric on the dashboard shows that the account was not breached. The dashboard shows I didn't breach neither the daily nor max drawdown.
It's nonsense and you know it. You guys just don't know how to resolve the technical issue so you take the stance where the customer loses.
And you have the audacity to mention a referral program in your response. Why would someone who you've robbed refer you to anyone? It's obvious that all you do is take every opportunity to mention deals, discounts and offers, get more people in, take their money and leave them hanging.
As soon as I leave a review here someone finally responded to my email. After a month of ignoring me. For you guys image is everything. Customers mean nothing.

I’m giving 5 stars because my issue was…
I’m giving 5 stars because my issue was resolved, however, I am a bit concerned by a few things since recently. It could be ptsd from other firms but there has been a slow down with a couple of things that Pro Traders Fund USED to do well. Instant credentials, quick support response, payouts in a reasonable time. I’ll be posting more information soon as fairly as possible but like I said my issue was resolved which was getting my account credentials after 3 days which is not a normal time frame.
