I do not usually give out reviews but in this case I decided to do so, Because I am A Trumpiteer(sic) I was pleased to find various types of Trump Bobbleheads sold by Proud Patriots. As A result, I have made several purchases. There were times when the items came damaged, and I had to notify the Company of same.
Except for the one inconvenience of no telephone customer service, I found that my emails were returned with solutions to each and every purchase that was not as I expected it to be. Rin at Customer services was very helpful each time and I am growing to love this Florida based Business each time I buy. Keep up the good work!

I wanted to purchase two items but have one shipped to a friend as a gift. I wasn't able to do it on line. (Turns out it's not possible!) But Cheyenne sorted it out quickly and was absolutely delightful on the phone. This is my second order and I couldn't be happier.

I’ve made several purchases here but my last one was not up to the standards I expected. To my surprise they contacted me and offered a refund. Was not expecting that. That’s how a company handles a problem.

I ordered the President Trump bear in December, knowing it wouldn't arrive until April. It came in the mail yesterday. He is great ... I also ordered the Navy enamel pin and surprised my husband with it. He immediately put it on one of his MAGA hats. Both items are good quality and my experience with customer support was awesome. Will order more in the future.

I have bought many things from them and they are great. I had a question on shipping and they got back to me quickly.

I HAVE BOUGHT MANY PRODUCTS FROM PROUD PATRIOTS OVER THE YEARS. I WAS GOING TO BUY THE ELON MUSK BOBBLE HEAD BUT DECIDED AGAINST IT BECAUSE OF THE INSCRIPTION WHICH READS IN MUSK WE TRUST. I TRUST IN GOD. I WOULD LOVE TO BUY AN ELON MUSK BOBBLE HEAD WITH THE I WOULD LIKE IT TO JUST READ ELON MUSK.

I've made many purchases through Proudpatriots and have been very satisfied with the products that they have sent me, both in the quality, packaging, shipping and delivery times. Excellent. Then in one item: the trillion dollar fantasy coin, something happened in the shipping process. Somehow the coin never came. A status request found that it may have gone missing in the delivery process. Ciara in customer service said a replacement was being sent. After waiting for 28 days and not receiving it, a second request was made and Ciara was very patient and cooperative, sending a third coin, this time with tracking of the USPS. And within a few days the coin finally arrived, beautiful and just as described. This experience has taught me that customer service is great, responsive and patient. Will buy from them again.

very solid company and employees - I recently bought 4 of the bulletproof whiskey glasses over the holidays which are very nice but expensive - one cracked due to me putting it in dish washer which they tell you not to do and I ignored - they still replaced it with a brand new one at no cost within a week - very rare in today's world - this is the way business use to be done and should be done - very nice !!!

To be honest I was hesitant at first to trust them but they have blown me away with the customer service and help. The lack of a live agent to chat with is more than made up with the responsiveness to emails. They truly put customers first.

It is very easy to give Proudpatriots a 5 star review! I have purchased several items from them and they are of the highest quality! Their customer support is always ready and willing to correct any issues that may occur, even to the point of replacing an item that gets lost by the USPS!

I had a question with regard to a purchase I made. I saw the charge on my CC bill but could not recall what my purchase was. Within on day, I received a response from Tiffany who resolved my issue without question. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely do business with this company in the future.

Hey there, Cheyenne: Being a longtime Trump supporter and someone who wants to help him MAGA, I purchased some of the colored Trump $2 bills. I plan on keeping a couple for myself and giving the rest as gifts. During the ordering process, I was given the date when the items would be delivered to my home. They were delivered on that date, as promised and the packaging of the product was nothing short of totally professional and First Class!!

This company is not patriotic at all it takes over a month to get a response from an email which then they hold against you when it comes to returning your products which I needed to return because I ordered five talking Trump dolls and got five non-talking Trump dolls which were gifts that I was to give very disappointed and will not continue business with them

I placed my order late Friday. I left a message with customer service on Saturday that l needed to correct the size. They contacted me on Monday to verify size and order before they prepared the order. It was a wonderful experience to actually have someone who cared and wanted to help me. I will definitely order from them again.

I only gave him one star because you couldn’t give him anything less. I agree with the folks that say this company is a complete scam. I’ve emailed them multiple times requesting a shipping date and they gave me some BS story that it’s back ordered until May. This was ordered sometime back in January and I haven’t heard a thing from them complete waste of money. I’m gonna contact credit card company and see if I can have the charges reversed, DO NOT trust proud patriot because they are a scam

Proud Patriots is a very friendly and efficient business! I made a mistake with my order (ordered 2 instead of just one) and Rin was FABULOUS with solving that issue and sending me a partial rebate!..........thank you, Rin! Hello,😊l have to share my experience with Proud Patriots. l ordered The Black and Gold Trump Coin and after I placed the order I realized I had forgotten to add my 20% coupon code. So I emailed customer service to see if they can honor my coupon and within 5 minutes Cheyenne from customer service responded back and gave me the discount immediately!!🙌🏼😍 wow!! I have had 4-5 transactions with Proud Patriots over the approx 6 months. Each and every one of them has been outstanding. The 15 grandkids with enjoy their Trump inauguration IKE dollars.
