Hydro Heaven Reviews

Really wonderful and useful drinking bottle!

This is the second bottle I have purchased from Proworks because I like the quality of the bottles. They are robust, efficient at maintaining temperature, and colourful!

Easy to order, good offer this is my third proworks bottle, they last for ages. Quick delivery.

Ordered 2 bottles, delivery was quick & items well packaged. Bottles perfect size for being out & about, fitting nicely in bags. Keep water cool for long time. Great choice of colours/prints.

These bottles are fantastic. I’ve had 4 over the years. A few years ago I counted how many plastic bottles they had saved me using, and it was nearly a thousand. It must be many thousands by now. I take mine to work and the stables. They are robust, some of mine are quite beaten up (having been dropped a few times) and they still work well. They also keep water cool if you leave the bottle in the car in summer! Which has been impressive with the heat we have had over recent years. Excellent products. Highly recommend them.

Great sized bottles for using in our campervan and in our backpack

Great condition, great price for the value. Came very quickly. Thanks

great product.I use for for everyday and you cant get excited about a bottle but it is the best one i have purchased yet

I do like the bottle overall however I am disappointed at how easily it has become scratched and dented.if I'd have know i would have purchased the plain silver bottle and not bothered with a colour.

Ordered two switch 1l water bottles and my mistake put wrong colour in basket. Emailed company and they kindly rectified before dispatch. On receipt we have tried both having left them in fridge overnight but within 6 hours water is already turning warm. They advertise as keeping cold for up to 24 hours. I emailed company to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund as not up to the job they claim however Proworks Bottles have chosen not to respond to my communication. Thankfully I paid by credit card so will take it up with my bank. Whilst I like the design their customer service is non existent so cannot recommend.

Quick delivery and excellent product

Was looking for ages for the replacement seal for my water bottle before finally coming across you and it's good I have spares too.

Good company to deal with delivered on time and hopefully this water bottle lasts unlike other brands

Excellent product, good price, excellent service.

Nice item arrived well packed and in the time frame.

All the information about the water bottles and the extra you can buy.
The quality

Came very quick . Would give 5 star service.

3 items missing from my order. Have emailed them and used the online chat on their website. The phone number listed does not work and I am yet to hear back. Have now raised a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back. Would not recommend.

Really happy with my purchase ☺️
