The team at Proximity Coaches were outstanding during our event, their professionalism, honesty and dedication to the day was unparalleled. The logistics were handed perfectly and they maintained contact with me the whole way through.

Thank you to Matt and Vinny for making an already busy and demanding day, seamless in regard to the travel logistics of our staff. A 5* service whom we'll be sure to book again

this was the third time I have hired proximity coaches and wouldn't go anywhere else fantastic company coaches are of high standard and the drivers are brilliant very friendly and can't do enough for you the booking staff are amazing and the booking process is so easy great company great staff

Booked a coach through Proximity Coach Travel for a day trip to the seaside from London. They were very responsive with the booking and all relevant information was received quickly. I had to change to a smaller vehicle after the initial booking and again, the team responded quickly and provided an updated quote. On the day the driver arrived on time both for the departure and return journeys. The coach provided by Hearns Coaches was clean, tidy and comfortable. Only down side there was no water in the toilet for handwashing on the return journey and a leak from the overhead storage, probably caused by air con condensation.

Top class service. From the moment we hit the runway we were contacted by Driver. Driver then guided us to the bus by phone and met us personally. Which I thought was brilliant. Coach was of a good standard and exactly what we required for a travelling football academy.
Return journey just as good everything on time no delays and couldn't have been more accomodating.
Dealing with the company itself was excellent also. We needed to up our occupancy on short notice and this was met with professionalism and reassurance.
Great service 👌🏻

We had an international school visit UK and From the moment we arrived to the time we were dropped off for our departure, proximity were absolutely fantastic.

The drivers were punctual, polite, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. They were always ready to assist with luggage, made sure everyone was comfortable, and were patient and accommodating even with our busy schedule and frequent movements. What really stood out to us was that they didn’t just do their job and leave it at that they genuinely went above and beyond to make things easier for us.

Having a group travelling on a packed itinerary can be challenging, but we always felt that we were in safe and capable hands. The drivers were dependable, approachable and pleasant to deal with, and their willingness to help whenever something was needed made a real difference to the experience.

From airport transfers and hotel movements to all our daily activities, the service remained consistently excellent. The punctuality, professionalism, care and attention shown by your team gave us great peace of mind throughout the trip. It is clear that you take pride in the service you provide, and that really came through in the way your drivers looked after us.

We have travelled with transport providers before, but the level of service we received from Proximity Coaches genuinely stood out. The drivers represented the company extremely well, and they deserve recognition for the way they conducted themselves and looked after our group.

Thank you once again to the entire Proximity Coaches team for making our transportation arrangements so smooth and stress-free. Your service was exemplary from arrival to departure, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Proximity Coaches to other schools, organisations and groups travelling to London.
