10/10 experiences! We found it difficult to find a company to cater for our group of 20 given that we needed to do a round trip of a 3hr drive each way for a funeral, and this company were not only accommodating, but extremely professional and empathetic to the reason for our trip. The manager Matthew and the two drivers we had Shakil and Julian were absolutely amazing! A special shout out to the drivers who were not only extremely patient with the timings and reassured us that they were completely understanding due to the nature, but they were also very uplifting, funny and their customer service was impeccable! I would 100% recommend them and we will definitely be using them again.
A huge thank you from us all!

Our cricket tour group had an excellent experience with Proximity from start to finish.

The pricing was very competitive, communication was outstanding, and the team was always responsive whenever we had a question or needed to make a change. One of the biggest advantages was their flexibility, adjusting the size of our coaches to suit our varying group numbers throughout the tour, which helped keep costs under control without compromising comfort.

On the rare occasions when issues arose, they were dealt with quickly, professionally and effectively. We also appreciated the personal touch—it felt like Proximity genuinely cared about making our tour run smoothly rather than simply providing transport.

We would have no hesitation recommending Proximity to any sporting, community or tour group looking for reliable, well-priced coach transport backed by excellent customer service.

Absolutely fabulous service we are a majorette troupe so lots of children on coach very noisy but drivers take it in there stride and never complain, have used the company numerous times and will continue to do so

Brilliant experience with Proximity Coach Travel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and everything was handled professionally. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

The team at Proximity Coach Travel are amazing, they help you from start to finish and handle everything to make the trip as relaxing as possible 10/10 highly recommended!

Disappointed with the service I received, made an inquiry for a vehicle for a hen weekend, when I received the cost I went back to confirm that the cost included everything, and received confirmation that it included my return journey. When I went to book, I then received an email from another member of the team, that said ‘Our price should have been marked each way, sadly there is no way could operate a car, never mind a minibus at that price. I am sorry for the inconvenience.’ Which I felt was dismissive. I would have appreciated a response apologising for the error made and confirming what the cost should be, or alternative options, if any. I guess as I went back to confirm the price was right I was surprised to received the message I did when I said I wanted to book. I get that mistakes can be made but it’s how you deal with the follow up that counts.

Since posting this I have had some follow up communications, which I appreciate.

Absolutely superb arrangement for a luxury 8str executive chauffeured minibus (party bus) for our son’s prom night. Great price, brilliant communication from start to finish! Cheers Matt and proximity team!!

Fantastic experience on the 34 seater for our annual trip to York Races. Excellent service and the nicest coach I’ve ever been on. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking and will definitely choose Proximity again.

Professional from start to finish. The coach was simply wonderful with a level of luxury that was out of this world Cannot fault and will definitely recommend and be happy to use again and again

Proximity Coaches provided transport for our annual race trip from our business centre to the Cartmel Races, taking us there and bringing us safely back again. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

The coach was one of the nicest coaches I have ever travelled on extremely comfortable, clean, and well presented. The service was professional, reliable, and made the whole day even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Proximity Coaches and will definitely be using them again for future trips. Thank you for helping make our annual race day a great success!

Brilliant service, driver was excellent waited for us at drop off point no issues at all

Excellent and fast communication with the team during the booking process. Very punctual and professional service from the drivers. Would highly recommend when traveling with a large group.

I had paid for a 34 seater coach to take us all to Twickenham to watch the Premiership Final and we got upgraded to a 48 seater coach so we all had plenty of space onboard which made it a lot better for everybody having plenty of space on the way down and on the way back up.

Good service from Matt who I dealt with a lot from Proximity Coach Travel. Plus they were the cheapest company for the coach which was an extra bonus beating other coach company's from £100.00 - £600.00.

Will certainly use again.

We used Proximity Coach Travel for all of the transportation during our Icelandic National Golf Teams' training camp in England, and the service was exceptional from start to finish.

From the initial planning stages, the team was incredibly responsive, professional, and flexible. They were always quick to answer questions, accommodate changes, and help us find the best transport solutions for our groups.

Every transfer ran exactly as planned. The coaches were comfortable, punctual, and spotlessly clean, and the drivers were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Coordinating transport for multiple national teams travelling with large suitcases, carry-on luggage, and golf bags is no small task, but Proximity Coach Travel made the entire process effortless.

We were so impressed with the service that we've already booked Proximity Coach Travel again for this year's training camp. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and high-quality coach transport.

Thank you to the entire Proximity Coach Travel team—we look forward to working with you again!

This was a school trip for 70 people, from Bath to Oxford. A fantastic and successful day.

Despite some unexpected last-minute issues, Matt helped us and took great care of us. He demonstrated great flexibility and understanding. The booking process itself was smooth, quick and hassle-free.
The entire service was excellent and professional. We will definitely use the company's services again. Particularly noteworthy was the efficient communication with the office and the driver. Our entire school trip was well-organized, with a comfortable, convenient, and clean coach. We thank you for your service and attentiveness to our needs.
Students and teachers reported positive interactions with the bus driver. He was very helpful, flexible, and courteous. The driver was punctual and ensured a comfortable and safe journey.
