Disappointed
I was watching dragons den when this app was designed, so I downloaded Prsnt, thinking this could be good, but I was disappointed because the app didn't work. It froze on me numerous times. So I uninstaled.

Excellent way to send a gift!
Downloaded the app as soon as I saw it in Dragons Den and sent a coffee gift to my daughter. She never received it. Emailed them and they immediately sent another one which she received. I've used the app a few times and it is easy to choose a gift and pay. Will continue to use them. Excellent way to say thank you to someone or cheer them up!

Left out of pocket twice due to glitchy system
Twice I’ve been given small low value items and both times it was beyond a faff to get it to work. Sat at tills holding people up whilst the glitchy system didn’t accept the code and I’ve subsequently not been able to use. £12 of gifts down and tbh id rather have nothing than be gifted something that I can’t use. Someone’s paid for it, so on the basis I’ve not been able to use I assume it’s benefitted anyone but the intended recipient. One to avoid until they sort out some of the apparent issues
Update: thanks for the reply but there was NO issue with the connection or Wi-Fi in either venue and data was full and full signal etc. The issue is the system doesn’t work. If you want to do right by someone in the form of a gift then simply buy it for them directly rather than using Prsnt, there’s no Prsnt just hassle and embarrassment when you put back the item you spent time picking out! Want to sort it out then feel free to send me £12 of voucher to replace what I lost and subsequently expired!

Sorry to hear about your experience. From what you have described it sounds like the issue may have been down to the connection on your device at the time. Some stores have poor signal which can stop a code loading properly at the till. The best way to avoid this is to make sure you have the gift open in your account before heading into a signal dead spot.
Once a gift has been delivered and is in your account our side of the process is complete. If the code is sitting there then it is valid and ready to redeem. We always want gifting to feel smooth and enjoyable so if you run into trouble again please reach out to our team at [support email] and we will make sure you are looked after.
AWFUL app
AWFUL app. Don't waste your time. Tried to log in, doesn't allow you if you've registered using the same device. No log in section. Asks to verify using your mobile number but won't let you go further. The contact email address for support are useless. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY TAKE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS.
Steer clear, it's not fit for purpose and does not work.

Just to clarify, our app does have a login section and works for thousands of people every day, so it sounds like this might have been an issue on your side. We never use personal details in the way you’ve suggested, and our support team are always available if you get stuck.
Plenty of people have had a brilliant experience gifting through Prsnt, but we know it won’t be for everyone. Hope the rest of your day goes better.

Isn’t the idea of gifting about the thought behind it. A click for a voucher for shopping is not something I ever want to receive. And I’ve got to download the app to go get it. Seriously can’t be bothered.

Its not been tested enough
Its not been tested enough, the system was unable to cope with orders after the dragons den programme. I thought it would be nice to order a small gift for my daughter for her birthday. My daughter never received the gift and the happy birthday video. Pointless if she receives it 48hrs after her birthday

Not user friendly and didn’t work either
Couldn’t seem to get it to work, only the dragons den button worked, but couldn’t move past it. Shame, good idea but not user friendly. Deleted twice and re downloaded but still didn’t work. Waste of time.

We had a massive spike in demand after Dragons’ Den which caused a few temporary issues on the app. You got caught right in the middle of that, so completely understand the frustration.
