The absolute worst! This has to be a scam
WOW! My coworker and I had the same experience trying a remote exam with PSI months apart. Not only did it take forever to get assigned to a proctor, but the proctor took 40 minutes to approve my area (which was completely clear). It was clear they were not paying attention to the first 5-10 times I showed the area, and were asking again to save themselves. Then, a majority of the way through a 150-question test, they said, 'You lost internet connection'. Spent an hour with tech support, called the number they gave me for a resolution, and they said it was my fault that their proctor couldn't see me, even though I joined from my internet, 5 G, and hot spot. They even wanted to remote control my device, how shady!!! In the end my bank automatically resolved my dispute within hours because it's clear PSI is scamming people. Do not remote test, I will be reporting them to the DOI!

I think they should have a little compassion for people when technology fails because sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. No mercy. It doesn’t hurt to waive a fee for a test when that happens.
The customer service representatives are very nice and help as best they can. I can tell they are more compassionate than the people they work under.

I would give this company negative…
I would give this company negative stars if I could. I was scheduled to take my test yesterday, and after completing the entire check-in process, the exam would not load. I spent over five hours with technical support, the proctor, and customer service, yet nothing was resolved.
To make matters worse, I received an email today stating that I failed the test — even though I never got the chance to start it. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating, especially since the issue was reported immediately and documented during the five hours I spent trying to resolve it.
The lack of communication, technical reliability, and customer support has been beyond disappointing. I expect this issue to be corrected immediately and my testing status reviewed.

PSI is horrible to deal with for online proctoring.
PSI is horrible to deal with an the proctors are rude. In the middle of my test, I was told my hand could not cover my mouth. I was resting my head in my hand. Nowhere did it state that previously. When I said that is ridiculous they gave me a warning for talking out loud to myself. I am in a room by myself online... Nobody else taking a test could be disturbed because I am in my own location. I couldn't have a hair tie on my rest, and I had to remove a heavy heat press from my desk. One that they could clearly see had nothing written on it or would not be helpful to me for taking to the test. I had to scan the entire room from floor to ceiling several times. They questioned that there was something blue on my desk. It was the connector to charge my computer. Overall, it is extremely invasive, nit picky, and terribly ran test.

This is my first time that I had to deal with this company for recert. I submitted my application. i did a follow up call with them to know why it is taking long to approve. I explained that my certification is expiring soon and also I have a work restriction of the days that I can take off t take the exam so I would appreciate if I could know what is holding up the process, so far it has been 20 days, the rep said nothing he could see on my application that is holding from approval, he stated "It just take 30 days" and he could not tell me 3o days for what. Here I am sitting and waiting nervously that my certification won't expire and hopefully get enough time to take time off from work to take the exam. Worse ever. I am going to write a complain regarding the PSI to the board that I am recertifying for.

This is the biggest rip off ever
This is the biggest rip off ever. After having to dump out my water. Remove flowers from my table and show my wrist 3 times. My proctor failed media to outside noise that was beyond my control . I could not take the test the same day after I to the day off of work and they said I would have to pay again and the another day of work. Not sure who they hire for these proctors but clearly the bar is beyond unacceptable

Second testing center was gross
I took the test in January at another testing center. This place was bright , clean and the staff person was very friendly and personable. This testing center gave 2 - 8 x 10 sheets of paper and 2 pencils, to do calculations with.
Retook the test in April and was scheduled at a different testing center. This place was nasty - smelt like a 3rd class nursing home. The guy running the desk acted like he was ex-law enforcement. Not very pleasant and lacked people skills. His helper that escorted people into the testing room was very nice and helpful.
Also was given this USELESS clear plastic clip board to do calculations on - with a dry erase marker. UGH!!
Hope I Never have to go back to this place again!

Questions that are not readable
There are at least a dozen or more questions that have different fonts within the sentence. The words run together and sometimes information is missing to answer the question correctly. This seems like something that should be fixed.

PSI is a ridiculously incompetent…
PSI is a ridiculously incompetent company. When registering for my test, I provided all of the necessary documentation. There was no place to insert initials into the demographic information.
On the day of my test the proctor would not accept my license because my initials are on it. Customer service was unwilling to do anything. They put me on hold only to come back and read a script. They REFUSED to allow me to take the test even though no one else in the world has my name and I look exactly like the person in the photo. The proctor, nor the customer service agent would not even confirm what the problem was so I could resolve it. How am I supposed to make sure my ID is correct if you won't tell me what is going on?
UPDATE: I confirmed with NASM that only the first and last name must match on the ID and that PSI made an error in not admitting me. No one at PSI was willing to admit to the error. I am waiting on NASM to issue a ticket to PSI to correct their error
The reply from PSI is meaningless - as noted in their response, ID requirements are set by the program, and yet they did not follow those requirements. Consequently, my one star review stands.

Customer service is bad. Could hardly hear / understand over the phone.
I was extremely disappointed that because my practice test was “redeemed” by another account I could never take the test and couldn’t get a new code even after explaining the situation. I wasted money and it’s very frustrating. You should want to work and help your customers more.
