My experience was far better than I expected. I had previously dealt with another insurance company and encountered several issues with them. However, with Pteet, my rental was insured the entire time I utilized it and easily verified by the rental agency. I most definitely will use them again.

I asked for my policy to be cancelled, because my flight and car were all cancelled due to the coronavirus. They didn't contact me back at all and left the charge on my card.

Not sure how to review Pteet, I bought it for one year of rental car use, but have not had to use it. The coverage and the rate seems good, but no way to verify that it works well until I have an accident, so hopefully never.

Thank you Kurt for the review! I think I know what you mean by "use", given it doesn't become real and visceral until you have an accident and have to claim.
I have used the annual damage policy too, given I don't own a car. I've renewed for three years running and only recently did I have a claim driving an enterprise car. I provided the insurance company with the relevant info and they settled the claim directly with enterprise. Painless.
Thus, in my case I did use the policy for for three years, given it protected each of my rentals, and luckily it was only one time that I actually had to claim on it.

Alliance has a great productl
Alliance is a great product. Covers what you need to cover. Just don't rent a 60k vehicle, it only covers up to 40k. That'll get you covered on 75% of the cars and suv's. I'm seeing rent a cars with higher mileage, so it's all good. I use it on all my rental cars. You can save over half on what those guys charge. Sometimes 2/3's.
