Save some $$ on your rental car vacation.
I bought the annual plan, and I am saving a ton of $$. My personal car has a hard to find part, so I renting every month to run my errands. Its hard sale at one Enterprise Florida locations, as they are pushing hard for me to get the damage waiver. It's nice to know I have peace of mind when renting cars, using P'teet.
I am sharing this service with all my friends, so they can save $$ too.

Not sure what you mean - because when you purchase the insurance on Pteet.com - you are fully covered for damage to the vehicle, and hence no additional damage coverage is needed. However if you are referring to liability insurance? then yes that can be purchased from the rental car company. Purchase BEFORE Possession
There should be a notice on the purchase page that says it needs to be purchased BEFORE taking possession. I didn’t have any issues but this time my car was ready early so I sat in the parking lot of Enterprise AFTER taking possession and purchased my policy, which was probably useless.

Just to let you know that we'll add a line of text to the purchase page that says: (I agree) * I have not yet picked up my rental car.
That information is in the policy but granted is its hard to find, and such dry reading! :-)
Basically, you can can purchase the insurance at any time prior to actually driving off the parking lot.
However if someone was to buy the policy after they had already starting driving the car, then that would not be covered because we don't know if the driver caused damage prior to buying the insurance policy.

I saved about $5.00 using this service... it was the best price I could find because everyone else wanted to charge me a calendar day which doubled my price. I bought the insurance during Hurricane Dorian and it this covered me for Hail and wind damage as well as theft and any other kind of roadside vehicle needs.
Perfect for my short term needs, I'm considering buying the year I package.

Yes, if you rent more than 16 days per year, it makes economic sense to buy the annual policy. I use the annual cover because I don't own a car and rental probably 90 days a year for under $150 per year.
