Customer service is very responsive with return emails. There may be a slight lag with return emails due to their busy nature, but always within a short, reasonable time. Very easy to work with and caring, they want to get it right. I'm a repeat Pulsar customer and I enjoy their products and doing business with them. I highly recommend!

If this item was purchased online with us, please enter your order number Monica. I wish I would’ve seen that dish at the beginning of the warranty questionnaire. I would say me two days of filling that thing out otherwise I’d have to give you a five.

I just spent $40 on this jet pack pulsar vape that’s supposed to blow out the smoke. Not even a week of owning this it stopped working. Completely stopped working. I can inhale it sometimes and get a little bit but other times it doesn’t work. I cannot believe you guys are charging $40 for a piece of junk that’s gonna last a week. I will never buy another product from you guys.

I had a warranty issue with the Pulsar Dabtron. I submitted the info and within 2 days they accepted the claim. I received my Dabtron yesterday along with a couple bonus items which I was not expecting. To me this is great customer service!!! All this took a total of 8 days from the time I sent in the claim info till the time I got the Dabtron in the mail.
