Had the ceramic atomizer burnout/short circuit. sent an email because after troubleshooting. I also had stripped a screw. Emailed the customer servicer team. They made sure that I was set up for success. They sent me a replacement atomizer a long with as few other items. I am more than happy with the customer service and will be a loyal customer for life.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I think this is the best customer service I have ever received from any company I’ve ever dealt with. After my initial contact with customer service via email they was prompt,friendly and fast shipping. My unit needed replaced under warranty. They sent me a new device plus way more for my troubles. I am a life long customer from now on. They upgraded my device and I love it. Thank you pulsar!

When I received a vape that didn’t work, customer service was kind and eager to assist in making it right. We live in a world of unknowns and non perfection. Things happen and it’s how we react that makes or breaks us. Monica in customer service was a gem!

Beware Their products stopped working and then Monica will not honor the warranty or return policy of 30 days from receipt she does not even know her own company's policy on her website stay away some of the worst customer service ever received

Very transparent very easy and clear. Got help within the week. Atomizer malfunction occurred and I asked for a the 7 day replacement and was offered one immediately. Great products and great usage and good high!

I am writing this review to warn others about Pulsarshop’s lack of customer service and product support.

Pulsar’s DL6 is seriously flawed not worth your money. I have had 2 of them and after a month or two they die. It is not an issue with the pins, the entire unit dies.

I reported it to customer service and provided a one time replacement but that died a month later. These people showed great ingenuity in designing the DL6 to be secretive but they forgot to support the product after. When the second one failed they totally blew me off.

A reputable company would want to know the problem, would want the bad one back to investigate the issue. But not these guys. I think they know they put a piece of crap out and they can’t afford to make them right.

Do not waste your money on products from Pulsar Shop, they do not care about their customers at all.

They were very receptive and helpful when I showed them a defective product I got. They replaced it without hesitation and were very professional.

Their customer service is second too none. Went looking for a replacment mouthpiece and they took care of me from the start. A+
