I had received the Pulsar Chorus for Mother’s Day and it became a very frequent piece that I used ( Iam medical and I use for control of my seizures and to use less pain meds ) I had noticed that the outside was getting sticky, oil was leaking out, I cleaned the vape and it happened again, also I got two pieces of glass in the reclaim that comes out the bottom,
I notified Pulsar and they were very prompt and had me send pictures and in a few days they already sent me a new Pulsar Chorus to me …

I received support from Monica. Once I explained what the issue was, a replacement was sent and arrived 2 days later. I had expected to require sending the item with issue for inspection and then wait for a replacement, but no it got sent out right away.

They were very understanding of my situation

This has been the best experience of my life dealing with an issue. I reached out originally because the base of my honey collection bong had a pretty gnarly crack in it. I was seeing if they by chance had a replacement I could purchase. Even went so far as to contact management to try and locate me one. When they were unable to do so, I was sent over 30 pages of different pieces to chose from as a replacement at no charge!!!! I sent several options as not to be greedy and fully expected them to send me the cheapest option. To my surprise, they sent my top TWO options!!!! They arrived very quickly, and upon opening them (perfectly packaged btw) I noticed the top glycerin portion was leaking from a small crack inside one of the hearts. I emailed them with photos and was promptly sent a response saying they would replace it. I’m beyond happy with my experience and will be purchasing directly from them forever now, as well as recommending them to everyone I know!!! Top tier company with top tier employees!!!!

Terrific customer service. I have at least a half a dozen Pulsar batteries. I only buy pulsar because of how much they stand behind their product. To me they are the best batteries on the market. I've only had to deal with customer service twice , and both times they were amazing. I would not hesitate to do future business with pulsar.
