I purchased a faulty product from Pulsar. I sent in a claim request & they promptly offered me a replacement model which is now enroute. Their customer service agent Monica was very helpful.

My first order from this company was awesome. It was here in a timely manner and nothing was broken and they responded right away like they said they do but apparently after being a first time customer, you’re nothing to them. I’ve asked the same question three different times to which I still have not gotten an answer, and I also made my second order through them Being optimistic. It was almost a week ago and it STILL hasn’t been shipped. On Their site they use the hurricane as an excuse which I can partially understand but if there are this many problems, maybe you shouldn’t be open for business. Or maybe just answer your customers that were willing to spend more money. This company really needs to reevaluate how they do customer care because it doesn’t seem like they care at all. I just want what I paid for and I probably won’t be ordering from these people again

Junk! Stopped working on day 32. I Submitted a claim and have not heard back over 17 days. Do not buy.

Edited: Do not trust this company. They do not honor their warranty. I submitted photo as requested on 10/25. They are dishonest.

When I first started getting pulsar, it was grade A. But the coils I’ve been getting have NOT worked!!!!! Do not waste your money now. I spend $50 on a five pack of coils and only 2 work!!! And the company doesn’t care!!!! They don’t answer emails or anything. Don’t waste your money.

Luke is a wonderful asset in the company. He resolved a simple misunderstanding and helped me so much. I do recommend this website to anyone!! Great products with great prices!

The customer service and warranty are second to none.

My pulsar rok is pretty good. There are some minor issues with it.

One thing is that the plastic/metal ring that goes around the concentrate bowl sticks onto the glass topper. This makes capping the bowl when you take a hit somewhat awkward, as you have to yank both the ring and glass topper out when you want to clear your chamber of vapor and then you have to awkwardly fit it all back in when you want to create more vapor in the chamber.

This other thing is a nitpick, but there are lots of pieces to manage with my e rig. It is easy to lose them down the drain or break delicate parts when cleaning. With that said, like I said, they are great about helping replace such pieces.

So, I decided to bite and go the vape route. This product was recommended as the most affordable and effective, per the employee at the smoke shop I frequent. I got home and loaded everything and went to use it. I must’ve troubleshot the entire night as to why I could not actually get any vapor through the mouthpiece, not to mention the mouthpiece was burning my lips. I tried to return to the shop and upgrade, but the shop is in the shop of this nature would do, would not allow me to return or upgrade. Being the determined SOB I am, when I arrived back home I used the cleaning tool to pop out the rubber piece in the mouthpiece. So essentially the rubber filter. I then tried the unit again, and oh dear universe! I was getting huge Vape hits, and the mouthpiece surprisingly didn’t burn my lips either. I’m sure the company does not want you to alter the device. However, removing that rubber filter made all of the difference and I am more than satisfied now especially with the price. I think the companies research and development team need to stop getting high on their own supply. 🤣

I bought the Pulsar apx at a vape shop. It is durable, a little restricted on the airflow, but a decent unit. I figured I would upgrade and went right to pulsar's website and ordered the pulsar flow. They took the money out of my account right away but there is no way to know my order status. They want you to download the shop app which is a joke. It's useless. No info there. Learn from Amazon and get people prompt and accurate status tracking!

IS incorrect I ordered on the 16th, it's now the 23rd and it still hasn't shipped.. and I got an email saying one of my things I ordered was out of stock, when I ordered it, there was 12 in stock, now they'll say it's out of stock, but when you go look at their website it will show they're in stock
First time ordering, not happy at all.

I’ve bought two of their vapes this year and neither one lasted past a month. I didn’t drop or break them, they simply…stopped working.
There is nothing they can do, I’ve lost all faith in the product.

Bought one of their cart batteries the PHD pre heat device and it came apart within 2 days and they won’t give me another one

I just ordered from Pulsar Vaporizers for the first time. Everything is working great on my end. I got an amazing product for the price, from a company that made me feel valued and secure as their customer. Highly recommended!

Me and my friends (from the Netherlands) tried to buy some vapes on their site. Unfortunately I did not think about the fact that I used three different names: my moms name, because she wanted to pay for the order in advance, because I don't own a creditcard (it's not normal for Dutch people to own a credit card, but she happens to have one bacause the travels a lot), a friend that lives in NYC, because they don't ship to the Netherlands, and my own name of course. They marked my account as fraudulent even though I explained the situation and tried to look for a solution with them. I now understand that it comes off as weird to use 3 different names, but me and my friends just wanted to buy the vapes... The team doesn't work on finding a solution and that's what I cannot understand.

I bought a tool kit from them. Cost 10.00 shipping on a 20.00 item, but that’s how shipping is I guess. I get a notification it ships, but I check yesterday a week later since I haven’t gotten anything. Still says label created, which means they haven’t shipped. I contacted support and they told me to wait and that delivery companies don’t scan packages when they leave their facility. How do you run a business without keeping track of your packages? Even the worst package company would have delivered by now.

Edit: customer service contacted me on 5/14
They told me that my package was definitely picked up, but wasn’t “scanned”. Doesn’t take a week to update even if the package wasn’t scanned at the original pick up.
They finally told me the truth that the item was out of stock and that they could send me a replacement when it was back in. What kind of goose chase is this?

I bought the pulsar apx volt, two coils and a bubbler. On day 1 the bubbler broke, on day 3 one of the coils burned out. The unit has a HORRIBLE battery life which is another downfall. So after spending 148 bucks, at the end of the day I am left with a paperweight that probably can't function at that capacity either! DO NOT BUY!

Its been 2 weeks now I have been contacting their customer service. I received a broken banger for my new piece & after submitting directly to their email support via my email & not hearing back after 5 days I contacted them on their site feedback option. Got a response from them in the same thread I sent the original complaint in. They asked me for pictures, which I had already sent when I sent the original email. I send in the photos a 2nd time. Then I received another email from same email address(support@
(At)pulsarvaporizers.com) asking the same questions/for pictures as I had already received from them 2 other times. I have now sent in my information/ proof 3 times & not had this issue resolved. Going to have to contact my cc company as this is pure fraud on their end. There is noway in hell this little piece was broken & nothing else had been scratched. I received everything & it was bundled up well which means they knowingly sent this broken piece to me..

Great company! I've purchase two vapes and both of the purchases were smooth and my vapes are awesome! The website has a clean professional look and payment was easy. Shipping was fast and packaged with care. My first vape is about two years old and still works awesome. If i have questions they email me quicker than i expect them too and give me alot of information when im wondering about making changes to my vapes with different attachments they offer. highly recommended

I made a purchase recently of several items and unfortunately one of the items was the wrong color. I contacted customer service, and within a week I received the correct item. Their selection of smoking products is worth checking out.
