First time shopper here! Customer service was top notch. Personable, professional and very courteous. Package arrived in discreet packaging (to Canada) before I could even check the tracking number. Literally not even two weeks. My friend and I have custom hoods coming, too! I'm sure those will take a little longer but we're both very excited. I purchased our show tails, and they are excellent quality and offer unbeatable wag factor. Can't wait to wear mine out!

I bought the classic leather collar in black. 1. it is comfortable for extended wear, I even sleep in the thing, but if you're main goal is comfort I'd say take it off for a few hours a day just in case 2. this thing looks GREAT I love it it's sturdy, the leather feels nice, the stitching is wonderful, the metal is paired excellently and there are two D rings which I assume one is for a nametag and the other is for a leash but I'm not super duper deep into puppy play yet so I'm sure others might have a better idea than me 3. the customer service. is a dream. I would kiss the entire service team with tongue if they asked, Ryan if you're reading this I do have platonic intent if you're in a closed relationship but dude I'm so fr I would. anyway I had the note to make it discreet because I at the time lived with strict and transphobic [trans man here] roommates and I knew they wouldn't be too crazy about me having a literal human sized dog collar so I added the note and I was emailed promptly asking if I was safe to even have it mailed to the apartment at all and assured it was discreet [it was so discreet I thought it was my ex roommate's mail!] and I explained it should be fine as long as it's discreet. Then the bad news, I got kicked out [it was horrific and terrifying he called me a sicko for being trans and a demon and that I never think of anybody else it was terrible and tbh this context is barely relevant sorry] and emailed again about this worry I wouldn't get my mail. I GET A RESPONSE THAT THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY CAN TO MAKE SURE I GET IT ANYWAY. He offered to change the address if it was early enough in transit, or if I'm not mistaken [I have major memory problems and some sort of thinking disability so I am very possibly wrong] suggested he could just SEND A NEW ONE TO A NEW ADDRESS. I said my ex roommate offered to give me my mail afterwards so my 30ish bucks doesn't go to waste and we went with it. I was so excited that when I got it I sent an email trying not to cry and happy about the collar and sent them a picture of my face and gave them consent to use it as they wish and I'm very comfortable with my decision. In the emailed response to me sending my face and my joy, a short quote, "Knowing that something we made could give you even a small sense of support during a difficult time genuinely means a great deal to us." Did I mention it's clear this is a REAL PERSON? Not an automated response, not an ai, an actual human person. Anyway, again if ANYBODY from Puppy Play Expert is reading this, your product is literally helping me keep going, feeling it around my neck and sometimes holding it reminds me I'm free from my original abusive situation, AND the shitty roommates situation, and this collar and my goddess are basically what's keeping me going. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I will gladly support this company in every single way I possibly can. I also realized Ryan said "short review" and this is NOT short... oh well. I am extremely satisfied with my custom hood.

The quality was just great, I got one spandex suit, it is absolutely great. And got a custome pup wolf hood. I sent my sona and I been given option and hot could it be looking. Absolutely perfect
