Audi s3

I bought an audi s3 back in Nov. Cost me £640 to fix a leaking dsg box which they denied was there. I decided not to bother going back to the dealership and fix this my self because i knew they would say everything not to pay. The car has not been serviced properly and cost me over £800 to fully service the car including haldex which they said they have done. Its been honestly the worst experience iv had with a dealership. These guys can talk the talk but don't be fooled. Just read other reviews on here and Google. When I bought the car I took it for a health inspection which lead to the leaking gear box issue. Pura Performance then took the car back and kept it for nearly 9 days before telling me that the garage I took it too completely fabricated the issues and they was nothing wrong with it. When they took the car and had it for for nearly 9 days I rang the bank asking for advice they asked me why I sent the money to bulgari performance and not pura performance which I really should of looked in too. I later found out that pura performance was in liquidation and Bulgari performance is there new name...I also got told that they where been investigated for fraud too so they claiming I made them lose money is nonsense and bank has reassured me I have done nothing wrong at all. I took the car back and told them I would get an audi inspection my self as I did not trust them. I then took the car to a transmission specialist and as expected the dsg had a major leak which as started above cost me £640 to fix. As pura said they took it to 3 garages which they have shown absolutely no proof of still claiming the garage I took it to was lying I then decided this was a loss cause and decided not to proceed with trying to claim my money back.

I must say, I am quite perplexed by the assertions you've made, and I feel it is imperative to provide some clarification. I must express my disappointment at Mr. Gary's lack of remorse for his actions, particularly given the impact they had on our business and our employees. It is unacceptable to make baseless claims that cause harm to others without considering the consequences.

Firstly, I want to clarify that Pura Performance operates under the trading style of Bulgari Performance Ltd, as clearly stated on our website and sales invoices, which you have a copy of. This practice is common among many limited companies and is fully disclosed for transparency.

I want to address the matter of the gearbox rebuild and the £640 payment you mentioned. As you were clearly informed, the car underwent a gearbox rebuild and came with a 6-month warranty, which should have covered any issues related to the gearbox. Therefore, it is unclear why you felt the need to pay £640 for gearbox-related concerns.

Now, let's address the events leading up to your review. You purchased an Audi S3 from us, which you claimed had numerous issues after taking it to your own garage for inspection. In response, we went above and beyond by collecting the car and having it inspected at three different garages, where no issues were found. Subsequently, we offered to take the car to an Audi dealership for further inspection, an offer which you refused.

It is indeed surprising that the owner of the car would decline an opportunity for an inspection at an authorized dealership. Additionally, I must highlight that you were responsible for covering the costs of the inspections carried out, given the time and resources expended due to false claims.

Furthermore, your actions did not end there. You proceeded to contact the bank and filed a false scam claim against us, resulting in our bank account being frozen for three weeks. This action caused significant financial losses and even impacted our ability to process wages for our staff in December which was the most important period in the year i.e. Christmas.

Since you clearly made the payment yourself, you also phoned the bank for approval yourself, you used online banking in the showroom yourself and you are also on cctv collecting the car yourself. It is evident that your actions constitute fraudulent behaviour, as confirmed by the bank's investigation. We are pleased to inform you that the bank has recognized the fraudulent nature of your claim and has taken appropriate action to reimburse some of our losses.

Our legal team is currently finalizing the necessary information and evidence related to this case, and you can expect to receive further correspondence in due course. We will not stop this case, in any way shape or form, until we have been reimbursed our losses in full.

In closing, I must express my disappointment in the manner in which you have conducted yourself throughout this ordeal. Your actions have caused undue stress and financial harm to our business, and we cannot and will not tolerate such behaviour.

Despite the challenges we have faced, we remain committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We sincerely hope that you are enjoying your Audi S3 and that you will refrain from engaging in such behaviour in the future.

To our readers, we apologize for any harshness in our response and appreciate your understanding. As a business it is not just providing our customers the best service but also our staff. It is clear the significance of the impact Gary's actions have had on our business, particularly during a time of the year when we aim to ensure our staff can enjoy their holidays with the wages and bonuses they deserve.

The guy that owns this garage is a complete crook. I bought a golf r from him which he described as immaculate ( which it wasn’t) Promised me the world it would have all the alloys repaired etc and nothing was done. I came from north of Scotland all the way down to collect the car and the alloys looked like someone’s kid had touched them up with a crayon was embarrassing for a “prestige garage”. Not only was the alloys not done after getting an 8 hour train sales manager let me leave the garage with 5 mile range of fuel with no idea the area.

I had many issues with the car and once you have bought a car from them don’t try and contact them again they are not intersted. Owner constantly “on leave”.

The “we only buy low owner cars” is a a complete lie and false advertisement also.

Crook garage and would advise EVERYONE to stay away and do not buy unless you have plenty money to waste.

We have gone above and beyond to provide the best service possible to our customers, including yourself. It is unfair and unjust after ALMOST 1 YEAR to bring up these complaints and then leave a negative review without giving us the opportunity to address and rectify the issues and all have already been addressed.

The absolute shocking and funny thing is you offered to sell me the car a few months ago and you were absolutely fine. Our team has been on contact many times since you have purchased the car and you have been absolutely fine. There was no issue there. However, there is more to it than the 'fuel', 'alloy refurb' and 'issues with the car' so let’s get into it shall we?

Regarding the fuel level 1 YEAR AGO, we apologize if it was not at the level you expected. However, it is common practice for us to provide vehicles with a minimal amount of fuel as it is easily refilled by the customer and for insurance purposes, we cannot have high amount of fuel in the vehicles. This is a standard procedure and does not reflect on the quality of our cars. Also, to note, we have 3 fuel stations within 1/2 mile radius in every direction from the showroom.

As for the repairs on the alloy wheels, we assure you that our team takes great care in ensuring that any necessary repairs are done professionally and to the highest standard. The alloy may have been missed out from our smart repairer. This matter was done and left behind 1 YEAR AGO.

You’ve have bought up a handful of things with us and they were addressed straight away. The window switch which was replaced, the cruise control which was user error you didn't know how to use it, and a light on the dash which was due to the ghost alarm system used incorrectly. Any issues or concerns you had we have addressed promptly and we have full proof of this via all our Whatsapp conversations.

We even went out of our way and retrieved the invoices and modifications for the car months after you purchased the Golf r WHICH YOU DID NOT EXPECT OR REQUEST. We did this out of good will because we do think of our customers.

We cannot hide owners. You have embarrassed yourself by saying this. The owners are shown on the v5, which you received almost 1 YEAR AGO. It is also on an HPI. The issues aren’t that the car has been abused Calvin, me you and our readers know this. The issue isn’t the alloy nor it is the 5-mile range WHICH ALL HAPPENED 1 YEAR AGO. The issue is what is happening now. And what is happening right now? It is you are trying to sell the car and are receiving very low prices. A dealer or buyer typical tactic would point at the number of owners and you are taking this out on Pura Performance who have looked after you from the beginning.

Unfortunately, we can’t control the market and unfortunately for us Golf R owners, the value of the Golf Rs have reduced. I still do wish for a good relationship. I am more than happy to buy the Golf R from you at trade price that’s not a problem. I have already offered you this option and had no reply for some time now. We can sell the car 10 times over despite the number of owners. Let me know about this and I hope you can reconsider the unfair review you placed. We take pride in our work and have many satisfied customers who can attest to the quality and professionalism of our service. We are willing to address any legitimate concerns you may have, but we also expect fair and timely communication from our customers.

Just bought a lovely gtd from Pura performance, absolutely stunning motor Danny who managed the sale from start to finish was absolutely amazing couldn’t fault the service walked away with an excellent car couldn’t be happier! Car was purchased ensured it would be valeted prior to delivery which it wasn't. My son had the car about 5 weeks when a fault came up on dash. Trying to get in touch with someone who could do something about it was like pulling teeth was taken to a BMW specialist who said it needed a new gear box after 3 weeks of sitting on the drive without a car to use no offer of a courtesy car the car finally got picked up. After another 2-3 weeks they agreed that it was a new gearbox that was needed. Car was drove back down instead of being delivered on a flat bed which my son was told it would be, was taken with 3/4 of a tank of petrol came back with a 1/4 again not valeted and no offer to replace fuel. After service shocking and no compensation or reimbursement for having to get the car to the BMW specialist or returning it to home address. Would not recommend.

Hi,

Your sons car came back to us for warranty work when both parties agreed when was best for the car to return. Upon arrival we diagnosed that it required a new gearbox, which we replaced. We do not offer a courtesy car scheme neither did we agree to giving your son one. We agreed the car would be collected while he was on holiday and returned on is arrival back home. The car was detailed to a high standard even though it came to us dirty. (We did this as a gesture of goodwill, which cost (£100 - due to pet hairs). All our cars are driven unless a customer pays extra for a flatbed as most dealers do. All our calls are recorded so if you would like to discuss the matter of a flatbed delivery we are more than happy provide you with the information with what was agreed. We agreed to reimburse the fuel costs.

Absolutely amazing experience and after care service

Absolutely amazing experience. Had a little issue with the car which I do not mind at all as it’s a used car and even new cars get issues it’s out of our hands but the after care and customer service was amazing. Love my car and big respect to Pura Performance for being there for me. Not like other dealers who don’t give you time of day. Thanks guys

A dealer to use for life

Just bought an Audi RS3 and had it delivered to my house an hour away. The car came absolutely immaculate with an extensive service history record. The guys at the showroom know what they’re selling. Will definitely be coming back in the near future as they said they would buy the car back when I’m ready to change!
