I recently purchased a golf R from the dealership. Was handled with extreme care and professionalism.
I viewed the car and seen the tyre was very close to limit and without hesitation they got that sorted before hand over and a few other things.
Couldn’t have asked for better service would highly recommend using the team

I was quite impressed, the staff are very knowledgable and give sound advice. They helped answer all my questions.
I don't normally go to small businesses like this but these guys are exception definitely.

I recently purchased my car through Pura performance, a BMW M140i. The service was excellent from my first call enquiring about the car through to the delivery of the car.
The showroom was very well set up with tea and coffee, they also had a pool table, which my son enjoyed and kept him occupied whilst we sorted the paperwork out. The lads were very helpful and knowledgeable about cars which put me at ease.
The whole process was very smooth and I will definitely be returning here and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new performance car as these lads know their cars.

I recently purchased an Audi RS3 from Pura performance and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The sales team especially Sonny and Danny has made the whole process stress free and very friendly.

Fantastic experience at Pura Performance. Purchased my new car as advertised with excellent service. Answered any questions I had and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I will definitely be purchasing cars in the future!

As Sonny and Danny are aware of the situation, I regret that i have to write a negative review.

When I collected the vehicle, I asked the dealer (Pura Performance) why the car was only with the previous owner for a month, Danny the sales manager told me that the previous owner's mother had died and that he couldn’t afford the vehicle, so they went and bought it back off the owner for goodwill.

The dealer then sent some warranty documents through which had the previous owners details on it, so I made contact with him.

To my surprise, the car had various issues and in fact, the previous owner handed the car back through his finance company before 30 days.

I must say I was shocked to hear there had been problems with the car under the previous owner, this did raise concerns for me as I was told something completely different by Pura Performance and totally ruined the experience by being lied to.

Also, they say they do a 128-point check on all vehicles but they don't give you a report in the welcome pack.

When I collected the vehicle on 12/03/2023, there were some issues with the car that I raised with Danny the sales manager/ Business owner.

1, The Red Quattro badge from the grille was missing, you can check your CCTV to check that it was there when I came and test drive it the first time.

2, The lower grille and side wing mirrors hadn’t been re-wrapped, I did ask for this to be done due to imperfections when viewing the vehicle.

3, The vehicle has been advertised as having Magnetic ride which is an expensive option, but the vehicle didn't actually have it.

4, I also noticed that the mileage given to the finance company upon signing the agreement was more when I collected the vehicle by around 150 miles.

5, The next day of owning the car, I noticed the strong smell of smoke in the car. I thought would have been valeted properly. I did notice when viewing the car that one of your employees had been smoking in the car, which is very unprofessional and really should have raised a red flag.

6. I am still waiting for the V5, I was told on collection that I had been put down as the new owner, and it's been over 5 weeks.

The above is all very disappointing as the car was very expensive at £40000.

My point is that this is a very young company/business, I understand car traders do lie to sell vehicles. But once they have your money they don't care.

There are very similar reviews, so my advice would be to read the reviews and make your own decision.

I hope they can take the points on board and improve going forward.

Great experience. Had the exact car I was looking for, did a virtual viewing and the went down to the garage the next week. My kids enjoyed the pool table and the snacks (thanks Zak). Picked up vehicle and drove away. Good job guys.

Dealt with Danny getting my RS3.
Car is as advertised and in great nick.
Delivered to Glasgow and Danny was a top bloke, knowledgable and obviously has a genuine love for cars.
The whole transaction was easy and quick and they did their best to accommodate for my needs.
Will be back !

Wouldn't use again car wasent as described had loads of faults body work issues took 7 months to try get log book out of them which I had no joy had to do it myself once they got your money they have no interest

Bought a girl R from them and from the test drive, I collected the car 2 days later. Was very quick and simple to do and showed me all the extras on the car and all the service history. Even put some fuel in the car for me. Very happy with it and would deal with them again.

Dealt with Zak. Easy and pleasant from start to finish. Not seeing the car in person before purchase could have turned out very differently but vehicle was as described in excellent condition.

From the moment I showed interest in buying the Audi S4, the communication throughout the period up until purchasing the car was great. They provided me with delivery of the vehicle and stayed in contact throughout the whole process despite the busy circumstances. I would definitely recommend Pura Performance to anyone who is in search of sporty/performance vehicles. An overall excellent service.

I recently sold my car to Pura Performance. It was a very easy and professional process. Sonny quickly responded to any questions I had and I have no issues in recommending them!

The guys here really know their stuff, bought an RS3 off them and it was such an easy but pleasure able experience. Highly recommend, the guy himself also takes pride in the cars he sells and makes sure they’re immaculate before they leave. Will 100% be back. Cheers

Ok so from the first contact call to see if a car was still available
To the home delivery

Sonny and his team went above and beyond even opened up specially on a Sunday so I could test drive
The showroom was spectacular very modern and and his stock of Ferrari, Porsche ,BMWs Ford Mustang and even a Ford XR3 that took me back to my youth was very well presented
I test drove the bmw 335 cabriolet and while out sonny’s knowledge of the cars tech was very good answering all question and even telling me things I didn’t know the car had
The car was amazing and I am now the proud owner as it was delivered the very next day to my house
Serviced and 12 month mot

I would like to say Thankyou team Pura performance
I love my new car
Keep up the great work
I’m sure I’ll be back in a couple of years

Had issue with car after 3 weeks
And they are not interested at all

Purchased seat Leon FR, guys were a pleasure to deal with and it was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely buy from them again in the future and recommend.

This dealership looks the real deal from the outside but customer care and respect falls far below the expected standard. After purchase the dealer took over a week to return my deposit I put on the car before committing to purchase, numerous excuses were given. Two weeks later I noticed a vibration coming from the vehicle, I informed the dealer and he immediately presumed it was tracking and that I must have hit a pot hole which I hadn’t. I had the car in the garage and it has two serve buckled alloy wheels, I again informed the dealer and he has made no effort to speak with me, in fact he is avoiding me. Awful experience so far, if you’re buying a luxury vehicle which is what this place sells on paper stick to an established professional dealership that doesn’t forget you the minute they have your money.

Pura Performance we’re really great. Crossed all the t’s and dotted all the i’s. Very good service and made the whole process seamless, no stress no hustle. Really loved there friendly team and professionalism. They do what they say on the tin. Thank you guys for getting the job superbly executed. I’ll miss my Range Rover though.
