This is my first time I’ve purchased (I ordered 2 - 16 oz bottles of Whisky and Oak FO), shipping to Oregon took a full week and then when the order was finally delivered, it only included 1 - 16 oz bottle. I used the chat feature on the website to advise them of this error and they got the replacement shipped out the next day, BUT didn’t ship to the correct address, so the second bottle is delayed being delivered all weekend due to the address error. I will try purchasing from them again, but will stop if the next order has the same issues.

Here is an owner of a small shop that cares about her customers. One Sunday 14 years ago I asked about a product and the shop owner opened just for me! Of course, when others saw the light on they came in too. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and the products … none can compare! I love the rosemary infused lotion. My skin loves it more! Over the years I have shopped for soap bases, Mecca colors, numerous scents - essential oils, edible oil and fragrance oils. My grandchildren love making their own soap and bath bombs. Pure Essential Supply, Inc. is a true gem and I’m so glad they are in my neighborhood. 💜
