Having cancelled my purely outdoors order which o made via Amazon due to non delivery by Evri o called purely outdoors. They told me to sell on Amazon they have to agree to using Evri.
When you buy direct they use other companies. Item delivered within 2 days DPD now I ordered it direct

Placed an order with this company via Amazon, delivery claimed to have been made by Evry 4.01 pm today. No sign of my package of camping food and no sign of it on my property, no appearance of an Evri driver on my cameras so unless driver was wearing a cloaking device he is lying.

Fantastic service from Purely Outdoors , we needed an item for our motorhome urgently for a wk end trip . Ordered Thursday afternoon not really expecting it to arrive on time . I contacted Purley Outdoors via email and they relied quickly saying it will arrive the next day. 10am next day it arrived as they said. Great service! Product is good , price was good, ordering and comes was good. :-)

The customer service of this family owned company rubbish promises promises promises. They promised to pick up something off me.Promise me 2 days running that the return would be dealt with. All they have done since I spent 600 pounds. with them, his run me round and round. Do not buy off this company thereafter. Surfaces, rubbish, I would not buy from this company again.

Ordered a truma top vent cover for roof cheap as chips only expected it to be delivered on Wednesday Thursday but delivered within 3 days and was bank Holiday as well really quick delivery thanks guys will order again

I ordered a camping table from their isabella range, placed the order, item was despatched the following day, all seemed great. Item was despatched with DPD, item arrived with a large crack on one side of the table.
Phoned the customer service team, spoke to a very helpful lady, they asked me to email across photos of the damage, they would arrange a DPD collection, and deliver the replacement at the same time. This all seemed great, so I emailed across the pictures. Day two didnt go aswell, first of all I was asked to send new pictures to show any damage to the outer packaging, then i was asked to more pictures of the damaged table. I phoned the customer service line, to be told the Isabella table is now out of stock, they would refund my money, or send me a different table at the same cost. Agreed a different table on the phone, email confirmation received, with the wrong size table on it. Phoned again, assurance given that the same size table was coming. Day three, no dpd delivery or collection, it appears to be an address label issue, Day Four, DPD arrive, table are swapped over. Only to find the new replacement table of the higher value, is scratched, and water marked. I had no option to use this table, as we had already lost a day of our trip waiting for the DPD collection. So disappointed, as you see many good reviews about purely outdoors, maybe it was just a off day.
But now I am stuck with a table I didnt want and looks old.

Purchased pump through Amazon. Pump arrived promptly but when I came to use it found that the connection was broken and someone had attempted to glue it.
Was offered refund and sent return label. Disappointed to find I had to pay to return a faulty item. When I questioned this I was told to take photos of item and any packaging. Obviously couldn’t do this had it had already been posted.
No further contact from these.
Terrible customer service. Will not use again Originally gave two stars just for letting me return however because of their refusal to answer any emails I have knocked it down to one.

Ordered limited edition Vango tent online in the evening.
Despatched the next day, tracking number provided. Item arrived the following day in great condition. No issues with this company despite never even having heard of them before.
All good, no issues.

Parcel arrived quickly but a cheaper version of the pan set we had ordered. Tried to resolve with company first and although initially offered a refund or the correct product time wouldn’t allow. Correspondence has been slow and laboured and has now dried up altogether. We are now left seeking a refund direct from Amazon and we’ll get the product somewhere else. Won’t be going here anytime soon

We purchased a dometic airpro 5 windbreak and on 2nd time inflating a support beam burst due to incorrect fixing of zip tie on zip during manufacturing. I contacted purely outdoors and received outstanding customer service which resulted within 10 days a new support beam bladder was posted to us. Can't fault the communication or service.

Attended today for the 1st time. Very disappointed as very little on the shelves, the assistants were not very helpful at all. We purchased awning lights while we were there, all to be told after 25 minutes, that they couldn't find them. We were given a refund as we already paid by card, then was told to wait for 3 days for the money to be returned into our account. We also showed the cashier a purely outdoors awning carpet that we wanted. She bought out the same size carpet but a leisurewise brand and said it was the same. When we got home, we cross referenced the carpets and found that she charged us 12 pound more that what the purely outdoors carpet would have cost. A very unhappy experience, sadly will never use again. So so disappointed as we thought we had found a great outlet for our caravan needs.

Do not use this company. Read the reviews. Customer service is measured when things go wrong not when things go right. My item was left in an undesignated area by the courier. Dumped photographed and left. I reported via email and they said an investigation would take place. I went out and purchased an alternative and provided evidence of this and asked for a refund as the one from them was no longer needed as it was required for the weekend. I was offered a refund on condition I signed a disclosure form. I refused as my contract is with the retailer not the courier. I was then accused of being dodgy for refusing to sign. There is no legal basis for any customer to sign any paperwork for non, incorrect or lost deliveries. But because I exercised my right not to I'm labelled dodgy Luckily I spoke to my card company and paid by credit card and a section 75 has been submitted.

We purchased a Camptech moto crown awning from this company. On first try out, we discovered the internal door zip was broken. We sent photos & asked for a replacement within the 30 days after buying. We were advised of various ways to “fiddle” with the zip, to get it to work. Having spent £500 on a brand new awning, I was not expecting to have to make do & mend! Eventually they agreed to accept a return & provide me with a refund. Even then, it was a farce, with tooing & frowing with if they would send me a return note, or sending a courier to pick it up. Eventually a courier arrived, who was not expecting such a large box. Thanks to the individual courier who used his brains for a work around, it is finally on its way back. I will never buy from Purely Outdoors again!

I bought an awning which ripped after one use, sent photos but was ignored.
Rubbish product!
Rubbish company! Appalling customer service.
Save yourself a load of hassle and go somewhere else!

I wish I could leave a review of no stars! Bought an item with a tear in it so wanted a return or replacement under the consumer act 2015. They insisted that it had to go back to the manufacturer to be inspected. I reminded them of their legal obligations but they were evasive and would not honour their obligations. Now reporting them to trading standards and raising small claims court action against them if they do not honour their obligations.

Ordered fridge vent online. It arrived the next day despite only being standard postage.

I was struggling to buy a Telta sun canopy and was recommended to try Purely Outdoors.
The service has been brilliant from the initial phone call to them to make an enquiry to the fast delivery of my purchase.

Bought a caravan cover. Cover is now 13 months old and I have just discovered that it is leaking. Requested a refund but this has been refused as it is out of the 12 months old warranty period. Purely Outdoors appears to consider the product failing after just 13 months to be acceptable. I have pointed out that the Sale of Goods Act requires goods to be fit for purpose, and that this includes a reasonable serviceable life, but Purely Outdoors is maintaining its position. Looking at the other reviews it appears that other people have had similar customer service issues when dealing with Purely Outdoors.

Ordered gas canisters, delivery driver dumped my parcel right next to the pavement. Didn't knock or ring bell. No email notifications.

I will not ever order from this company again. Good riddence.

Visited today to view drive away awnings for our Motorhome. Received excellent service and advice from Andy, and instruction on how to attach it/erect it. So we’ve ordered a Vango. Thanks Andy- we are looking forward to using it next year.
