This was the first time that I have bought from Puresilks and I am very impressed with the service and speed of delivery (to Australia), Also, when I had a query, the speed of reply was almost immediate. I will definitely buy from them again.

This is the second time I order from Puresilks. The delivery was impressively fast, I received my fabrics just a couple of days after ordering (in France). The customer service is great, they quickly clarified my questions and gave me advice on which fabric would work best for what I wanted to achieve. They have a vast range of fabrics and colour options, which can be very hard to find elsewhere. I love the silks I’ve ordered, they are very high quality. I’m very satisfied with my purchases and will definitely come back!

Je trouve ce tissu 100% Charmeuse Silk Satin (24.26 momme black color 44" wide) magnifique car impalpable sous les doigts, comme une caresse pour la peau. Je suis enchantée. Et ce qui est appréciable en cas de besoin ce sont les conseils en chat sur WhatsApp. La livraison est rapide, soignée et suivie. J'avais déjà commandé et je recommanderai sans hésiter.

I ordered online, realized they were in India which didnt work for my project. I contacted them immediately and they refused to cancel my order. This is TERRIBLE. I will NEVER recommend them or buy from them. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered some silk taffeta which was sold out, really good customer service they let me know and gave me the option to get something else but I opted to get something later, was really surprised how fast I received my return. Within few min after I led them know they returned it

After customs problems in my country with the initial shipment and return to origin, the Puresilks team followed up my case and re shipped the merchandise. I've received my stripped silk tafetta which is just as described on the site, beautiful quality, and all the process was very fast. I really appreciate your kind support!

Scam! The fabric received does not match the website in quality or appearance and colour. The fabric received is dirty and damaged. The silk fabric failed the burn test. The company will not give a refund unless the customer pays for the costy return shipping to another address in India.

I ordered two yards of Dupioni silk fabric for a suit I was constructing. A couple of days later I received a note from the company. They'd caught an error on their site that directly affected my shipment. It was a significant error, which they corrected. Instead of shipping me the wrong yardage, based on my order and the site error, they emailed me to ask IF they should ship or hold for further information. I received several kind notes from them during the matter, which was no biggy--BECAUSE they notified me of the error. VERY RARE. They sent me a link to pay for more yardage. I did. It's on the way here. Thanks so much for being on top of things, guys!

I was looking for blue ombré velvet for a project but couldn’t find it anywhere. I reached out to a few fabric companies, but they said they couldn’t do custom dyeing. Then I found Puresilks’ Etsy listing for custom dyed cotton velveteen and reached out to them. They said they could ombré dye the cotton velveteen, and it would be ready in two to three weeks. Within that timeframe, the package was delivered. The blue ombré dye was the perfect color for my project. I would recommend Puresilks.

Fabric is gorgeous. Prices are great. Customer service very responsive.

I ordered the fabric for my project, it took about a month to receive it. The colour of the fabric was way lighter than the picture and as described. The cut of the fabric is not staight abourt 10" off in diagonal. I am very unsatisfied.

Above and beyond for customer service. I ordered some pintucked silk organza from the United Kingdom as I could not find it anywhere else. Even though it was a small amount and not in stock, this company went to no end of trouble to prepare this fabric. This did take a while but when produced, it was shipped extremely quickly from the USA. I am truly delighted. Thank You!!

I've ordered from this company a few times without incident over the years, but I tend to think that how a company resolves a problem is what really shows how good/trustworthy they are. Back in November, I placed an order for some silk metallic tissue fabric on their Black Friday sale. I got the confirmation that the order was placed, and I had expected a wait given holiday demand and shipping, but aat the end of December I still didn't have any sort of shipping notification or idea when my order might turn up. There was a little bit of back and forth, but they were very straightforward that the fabric was backordered and had to be manufactured, and that they hadn't been happy with the quality. They sent me video of them handling the fabric options and offered to send free samples to make sure I'd get what I meant to order. They also sent me fabric that was wider than what I was expecting to get, so it was an even better deal than I'd anticipated.

The fabric showed up this week, and it's exactly what I'd hoped for. The color and quality is there, and a burn test confirmed that it's silk for less than a third of what I'd have paid for the same fabric everywhere else I've found it. While the delay was a tiny bit frustrating, they more than made up for it as far as I'm concerned by going out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and by sending me a quality product. I'll absolutely be coming back to them if their products fit my project needs in the future.

Scam!! It’s not real silk. I did a burn test on both fabrics they sent me and they were synthetic. I contacted them about it and they sent me a video back of them burning a different fabric saying it’s real. ALSO I spent $60 to have my fabric sent overnight and it took a little over two weeks. The customer service person wouldn’t send me a tracking number and kept saying “don’t worry it will get there”

Do not buy! A complete scam! This company is marketing high end silks and sent a extremely low quality raw silk that is stained and damaged. The material received does not match the silk duchess being sold on the website in any aspect. The fabric is beyond natural flaws in a condition that does not align with fabric that is new and the applications the product is sold for. The company does not respond to or accept the photo evidence and details provided and will only give a refund if the product is shipped to a separate location in India with the high costs at the expense of the purchaser.
Update: To further clarify, the product ordered was a high end 53 momme silk duchess and the product received was a low quality raw silk. The fabric received is not of an acceptable quality for what is advertised aside from the consistent damages and stains that are found throughout the fabric. Despite what the seller states, there was never an request to 'burn' the fabric for a refund. The PayPal claim I submitted was a request for a refund due to the false and damaged product received. The PayPal claim was not denied but escalated to a case by the seller where they then again requested for the product to be shipped back with the costly shipping fees to be paid at the expense of the purchaser without the option for the purchaser to respond to further or for the seller to address my concerns about the product received.

Company was very communicative and the product is exactly as it appears on the website.

Will order from them again in the future if the need arises
