I am so pleased with my recent purchase of the prettiest pink silk dupioni. I thought it would be impossible to find a match for fabric that has been in my stash for over twenty years….finally I had the perfect use but was three yards short. Would I ever be able to find such a needle in a haystack? Well, I found the Puresilk website and was so impressed with the photography and in-depth descriptions of each fabric and the color choices were so plentiful.. Particularly useful were the close up photographs including the selvedge. I was able to examine the photographs and compare the colors and weave structure to my original fabric.
The package arrived today. I was anxious to open it……and voila! The match to my original decades old fabric is absolutely perfect. What a good company Puresilks is to take the time to give the customer such thorough visual and written information so we can purchase with confidence. Thank you!

I ordered samples of a fabric that was perfect for my project and went to order yardage and was told they had run out of this particular fabric. The customer service went above and beyond to manufacture another bolt that I could order from. I have searched years for a fabric for this project so I am beyond excited to have this fabric. It's high quality and gorgeous! Thank you so much and I cannot highly recommend pure silks enough!

Ordered the first sample loved the fabric, fabric received as sample and I palced the order.
Subsequently ordered 3 additional samples and soon to place an order. I received the fabric in a week.

I was hesitant to order from this company based on some of the reviews, but they have such a great inventory of beautiful fabrics that I had to give it a shot. I ordered several swatches which were very generous in size compared to ones from other companies. The fabric I chose arrived quickly. I made a mistake in the yardage that I needed and had to order more, and that arrived quickly as well. I would highly recommend getting swatches first because, as with all online shopping, photos often are not the best representation of the real item.

Puresilks have the most gorgeous silk products. They are reasonably priced and the company goes the extra mile for customer service.

First of all: they cheat on the size of the fabric. The width and length of the fabric does not correspond to the declared ones. They should have cut 1 yard, the width of the fabric is 59 inches. I received 0.88 yards with a width of 48 inches. And the composition of the fabric is questionable, I saw this fabric on amazon from the same seller with the same photos of the fabric and the composition is stated as viscose, wool, silk, nylon.

The silk is truly beautiful, the customer service perfect and shipping to France is reasonably priced and quick.

Had a good experience the first time I ordered. Fabric was shipped by DHL directly to me and I received it in 4 days. Needed more and reordered. This time shipped it by DHL to the post office and now the post office won't be delivering it for 14 days. They sent a note saying this costs them twice as much and will get to me faster. Pure Lies. Do not order from this company.

Bought four different fabrics, all were on the pricey side (over $40 per yard) , ALL turned out to be synthetic not silk. Promised refund, didn't follow through. Finally got my money back via my credit card provider but it was a complicated process. Google this company, many unhappy customers out there and they also go by several aliases.
