We are getting less internet than we did with Verizon.

Called Customer Service and talked with Phillip. I had called because I wasn't receiving text messages and needed him to check my text bucket. Sure enough it was at zero and he immediately replenished my bucket. He then checked to see if he could lessen the amount of political texts I receive on my Samsung Galaxy phone. Believe he went beyond to help me.

Zip, Zero, Nada, No problems at all with PureTalk! I had AT&T and paid $10 or more for the same plan I have with PureTalk. The service with PureTalk is outstanding! I recommend PureTalk to everyone.

My questions were answered today
by a knowledgeable person and I was very satisfied with their attitude and professionalism. My experience over the past 12 years has been great and the cost is one of (if not) the best on the industry.

I have had some spotty coverage and it seems to buffer more than when I was with Verizon. I don’t know what 5+ signal but I see that sometimes. I’m still hopeful it will get better or not continue to get slower.

Quick and easy switchover from Verizon. The customer service guy, Todd I believe, was great to deal with and got everything done very fast.
Service coverage actually seems better than what I had with Verizon.
Pricing is great.
Been recommending Pure Talk to everyone.

Very good cell phone and data service. Never a dropped call, excellent signal strength and coverage everywhere

I am very satisfied with the service. The change was very easy and had no issues. The calls are clear, and I have had no problems so far.
My only issue right now is that I wish I could get a new phone because mine is old and needs replacing. Please let me know if you can do that.

Customer service has conflicting info. I understand that the fast data is limited, but was told even the slow data is not unlimited. My previous service had limited fast and truly unlimited slow and I could barely tell when it was throttled down.

I feel like I was forced to buy a phone that I did not need and was sold to me to be better than the brand new Samsung I already had. When the camera broke immediately, I was told in a nutshell, "tough luck". My reception is WORSE. Which was the number 1 reason I switched. Now im stuck with a scrappy phone and having to switch 15 times a day to airplane mode and back just to get service. I REGET signing up and will switch back as soon as this CRAPPY phone is "paid off".

You are a breath of fresh air, after 30 years with ATT. My new phone is challenging, but I keep a feeling, that you are there if I need you. Thank you

Lower cost and no contract

The transfer out of AT&T was swift and transparent effectively. Happy to be working with a company who knows to whom they advertise. An added bonus is the company is small enough to care, is owned by veterans (my understanding) plus the causes they support are consistent with my values. Pure talk offers the exact same service as AT&T at almost half the monthly cost!

My experience has been great. It’s rare that I lose service and that is saying something out here in BFE Kansas. I’ve traveled from dodge city to San Antonio and always had at least one bar. Since I’ve had this phone the coverage has gotten better it seems in my area and look forward to seeing what the future holds for pure talk!

pure talk is budget friendly and efficient

I have only been a customer two months but coming over from Visible, I am missing the convenience of the app for bill pay, and now because I’m trying to adjust my use of data since my plan reduces to slow speed when I use data allotment, I am logging in more often and it’s tedious. Also, the map shows good coverage in my area but I only have one bar IN MY HOME WHILE USING SPECTRUM wifi. I had no trouble while using visible.

When i signed up i was guided through the Veteran discount process. I got a confirmation email but my bill never changed. Im not sure if Pure Talk honors Military discounts.
