Some of the service is good. However, a not small issue I have with them is the fact they never told me I couldn't get Visual Voicemail with the phone I purchased with them. It worked for a while, then stopped. When I called about it, they said I have to have a iphone not android to get that service. THEY SHOULD TELL CUSTOMERS THAT BEFORE THEY SIGN UP!
Yes, I will now at my most convenient time, go back to TMobile. Unless, that is, they can make it work again.

Wonderful experience so far. The process of transferring went well and easy with the customer service rep, sorry for forgetting her name. Not experiencing any issues and I am seeing no difference from when I had Verizon except the price! Less than half of what we were paying for the exact same plan. Thank you puretalk!

Pure Talk gives us great quality service. I was concerned when we switched from AT&T to Pure Talk. But we have have not seen any issue with coverage and at half the cost we were paying AT&T. We are pleased!

My signal is very bad. Keep getting dropped calls from home. No signal unless I get in certain places. Cannot get signal to use internet except within my house. Very frustrating and dissatisfied. I was told by your sales person that you have excellent coverage in this area. I’m paying for unlimited data but I can’t use it unless I’m depending on my internet provider.

Cost is considerably less than its competitors

Data is good but I like to talk on my phone and my phone has poor reception and drops calls. I’m considering changing and am disappointed as I would like to support a U.S. based and veteran owned business. When searching for a new provider, I found that it was all about the data but nothing about phone reception. I hope you can somehow improve this as I really want to keep you as my phone provider! I’m only able to provide one date below but this is happening daily.

You don't have to wait very long to talk to a person.
I was able to get a refund immediately when I had an auto charge that I didn't authorize. U.S.-based customer service, which makes jobs in my country. I also learned that they have a charity arm for veterans.
Very good price. Very good service. Buying new equipment has inexpensive monthly fees.

Every time I had to call customer service to port my devices from a previous carrier to Pure Talk, I got in touch with a live person who knew what thewy were doing within 30 seconds. That is excellent! I never "dread" calling the service team.
