Supplements arrived quickly and well packaged. Bought the Biotin Complex for hair and nails. Been taking them for a month and am already seeing results, my hair is shiny and I do have some regrowth, which is great to see. Will be reordering :)

Bunk peptides

Long story short, I made a big order with this place and after even much bigger doses, nothing! I've tried many peptides and some like, Selank or Semax or NAD+ you can feel exactly what you bought!

I asked for a refund and they only responded to me after i posted my review. (they flagged my last review of course:)

I expressed my concern with these people and they called me a 'liar'!

All i wanted was a refund for the items i sent back! ..

They are doing their best to make sure my review can't be seen by other people for a reason!

Don't be like me: listen to the reviewer before me and don't get scammed!

In the end, who am to say where you should send your money!

I believe these peptides are bunk, and even though they are "tested" i believe the rest of the batch of untested items are bunk!

They will try to remove this review as well and I'll keep posting my experience with this bunk place

*ps they told me they have 'thousands' of customers, but only a handful of reviews... Got to love family and friends!

In the end i was told they will refund 'my whole order' after sending back: one NAD+ a Selank and two Retas.

I have other sources who I've bought from and what i bought from them is good genuine stuff!

I will update this review according to the situation..
and time to review this place on other forums to warn people!

I’ve been taking Purolabs Biotin Complex capsules for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. 5 stars! Fast responses from the customer service. I had an enquiries about organic certifications and they were provided within few days so I could purchase my products with peace of mind. Once I placed my order, it arrived very quickly and I loved the clever packages (unusually slim& flat) in both the products and delivery - which are more environmental friendly (although it could be made of glass!;-). Very happy and I’ll try other products in the future.

Outstanding customer service,and great product

I placed my first order which arrived okay. I decided to do a subscription. They shipped the item and it has arrived. I tracked and it is on the depot after a week. I emailed CS twice and I didn't have any reply. Yesterday I sent a message through the website, and I still don't have a reply. Very disappointed, I will cancel my subscription and I request a refund, if I am like. I not I will speak to my bank.

The emails helpful emails made my experience great. They seem to be genuinely nice people.

Service was quick and questions answered promptly. Very informative. Will be interesting to see if there is a difference to my skin and hair in the next few weeks. Ever hopeful.

I got a refund as wasn’t working for me.helpful and understanding.

I had ordered a pack of creatine. The product I ordered arrived in time. The creatine I have been taking is beneficial for me, Iam feeling a quick recovery after exercise. Relief body aching after consuming the creatinine. I would like to recommend the product I ordered to those people who seeking a better creatinine.

A really prompt reply when I had a query about a delivery being late. The delivery soon arrived too, though slightly after the expected date. The customer service was excellent and they followed up to make sure everything was alright.
