Simple and quick service
Reached out to Purple Leaf for new nettign on my gazebo. They were quick to respond, helpful with my request and had my netting to me within 10 days.

The product is great but a lot of parts came damaged
The product overall is a great product. However it arrived with a lot of damaged and unfinished parts. One column was dented, another was scratched, some parts had unfinished painted sections and many of the plastic curtain hangers where deformed and unusable. Customer service was easy to deal with and prompt, but the some of replacement parts came damaged too!!

The pergola arrived with a few dents in the main legs. The box had clearly been opened - perhaps a return. I’m not too upset though as it went together fairly easily and was very well priced.
FedEx delivery was typical. Arrival date changed twice and then the box was dropped at the door covered in mud with not even a doorbell ring.

The pergola arrived within 3 days of ordering and was extremely well packaged. the instructions were quite good for the assembly.
I had some questions for them, but I was only able to communicate through email, they did responded within 24 hours. I would of liked to talk to a person as with email, sometimes the response may generate more questions and prolong the installation as you need to go back and forth with questions and answers.
Over all quite happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them, oh yes the pergola is of great quality and costing thousands less of other units that I was looking at.

Wonderful product
Wonderful product. Very happy with it.
Took a while for two 70 plus people to assemble but we managed.
Looking forward ti spending the summer months with a bit of shade on our deck.

Livraison rapide. J'ai par contre tenté d'annuler le pied de parasol puisque je pensais le fixer a mon patio différemment. J'ai envoyé un courriel tel que le prescrivait le site mais pas de réponses pendant quelques jours. J'ai reçu le parasol et le pied.
Ils m'ont toutefois proposé, par la suite, un rabais ou le retour du pied avec frais de transport. J'ai apprécié qu'un marché m'ait été proposé. Je suis satisfait
