Broken parts when box opened
Unfortunately two parts of the parasol were broken. As we were having our patio done, we were unable to put it up till this was done. When we did, too much time had passed to return it.

Great Customer Service…
PurpleLeaf updated me quickly on all questions I had. They reassured me after I recently purchased a fake order of a Pergola. Delivery was a bit haphazard but that was no fault of PurpleLeaf.
We care only just putting ours together so cannot comment yet on item itself but looks great so far. Definitely recommend for customer support and speed.

up . Vivienne dealt with my email and after a short exchange of emails and photographs 0f the faulty part a new complete mechanism was posted to me. Overall
I had fixed the problem in 6days That is what I call a 5 star service well done to all involved

Every was very simple from start to finish. Excellent communication with the customer service team, rapid delivery. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and looks amazing in my garden. The quality looks very good and it’s very sturdy. We chose to drill the legs into concrete through some new flags.

Great parasol
Great parasol! Very robust, looks brilliant. The parasol cover is also extremely good quality and matches the parasol brilliantly. It also comes with an extendable rod to help to put it on and take it off.
Delivery came in parts. The customer service team promptly replied and confirmed the delivery was in process and I received it quickly thereafter. Took approx 1-2 weeks to receive in full.

A very satisfying experience - highly recommend.
We received our gazebo within a week. It came in 6 daunting boxes - but to my husbands surprise, it was well labelled, with clear instructions and very easy to erect. It still took 17 hours, but with only a couple of bolts/screws missing my husband easily rectified this and we would say - if you are pretty good at diy and putting stuff together, this is a very straight forward task. The gazebo is probably up there in terms of quality, the fly screens and curtains are great - i would say, they could do with weighting down as they tend to move around in a breeze, but my husband has an answer to this also! A brilliant well made quality item - comparing to building your own - using wood and a roofing sheet etc, it represents very good value for money. We love it and anticipate using it if our summers continue the way they are. Before this, we struggled getting shade for us and our dogs - it has made our hot days easier and has elongated our evenings - what a brilliant bit of kit - well done to the manufacturers and thanks for the very quick delivery. We are very happy and highly recommend these gazebos.
