More than £400 parasol and base, never delivered!
Ordered a parasol, spent more than £400, and never shipped. They came back to me to say it is out of stock. Even when I ordered it said clearly in stock. Said not stock will be available until end of July. Why you get my money if you don't have the item? As an alternative, they offered me the parasol in black or tan, then they will shipped right away. I replied 2 minutes later saying please deliver the black one and then never ever got a reply.... Tracking order it says still getting repaired. Just a joke of company. Stay away from them! BTW, I am in UK, only 2 hours away from London.... That for when you reply the typical....

A gazebo is definitely no good with part of the roof missing. Extremely disappointed as the parts received we are happy with but now as a whole cannot be completed or used as intended.

Quite frustrating.

Stay away from this company. when response is received it is a whole lot of crap regarding paitence and stuck in customs. 6months ..criminal. i have been polite and respectful with responses but the gloves are off now.
I will contact ACCC but how far that will get me due to the company situated in Hongkong is another thing.

I have never dealt with a company this disorganised, misleading, and dismissive of customers’ time.
I ordered commercial umbrellas for a major launch event — after double-checking delivery time.
They promised:
2–3 days dispatch + 2–3 days delivery.
It took nearly THREE WEEKS.
The umbrellas did not arrive in time, and we had to completely relocate our event last minute.
Cost to us?
✅ $2,000+ out of pocket
✅ Lost attendees
✅ Staff rescheduling
✅ Extreme stress and chaos we should never have had to deal with
Meanwhile, the business kept saying “thanks for your patience” instead of telling the truth or fixing anything.
And here’s the part that really matters for the public:
➡️ They do not have a public review system
➡️ Their website shows only hand-picked positive reviews
➡️ So customers have no visibility into situations like mine before giving them money
That is not transparency — that is controlled reputation management at the customer’s expense.
If you have an event or business deadline, do not rely on this company.
I gave them every chance to do the right thing privately. They didn’t.
So here we are.

Ordered a Royce granite base out of season. There was a bit of a mix up with stock and the dispatcher so, i could get a refund, or wait until spring. I decided to wait since i wasn’t desperate. The shipping company has been having some issues, recently, patio-life called me a few times to keep in touch and we got it resolved.
The base was delivered this week and setup lovely.
Communication avoidants
Purchased a bistro set online, received a confirmation email but no delivery date. Emailed 2 days later for an update but had no response after another 2 days, so called 3 times but got an answer machine. Luckily I paid via PayPal so within 10 minutes of me raising a dispute they replied to say the item is out of stock. I had to ask them to refund. Not the quality of customer service that is going to get them a good reputation.
I am still waiting for my refund over a week later.

Brilliant customer service.
I purchased a table and chairs from Patio Life two years ago. The table developed a problem so I got in touch with them recently to inform them.
I was delighted by the customer service that I received. They responded quickly, got in touch with the manufacturer and within two weeks I had a replacement table.

Refund was processed by Patio life immediately when they could not source the item. Patio life advised that the problem is with Barcalycard and we have raised an incident with Barclaycard. Delays were experienced in contact with Patio life initially but now they are in regular contact.

Phoned Patio Life about the availability of a daybed, they endeavoured to send me examples of daybeds that they didn't have on their site, I'm so glad I asked the question as I'm so happy with what I brought, I'm relaxing on it now.

I’m not in Cantilever Parasol arrived damaged, followed the process to email them, haven't had the decency to reply so a single email.
UPDATE - 13 June - Had a call from one of the directors today, looking into the issue.
UPDATE - 20th June - Chased for update “backlog of order and staff shortages”
NO UPDATE - 11th July - Still no closer to a resolution, had no update from Patio Life however you can buy one from the website with no backlog! Summer will be over by the time this is resolved!

Quality products with quality service.
Have been looking for a new parasol for our garden table and six chairs. Found Patio Life after a google search. They had exactly what we wanted. Size, style and colour. The service we received from them was brilliant. The parasol arrived very quickly.
Extremely poor Customer Service
I ordered a BBQ station and have emailed them and rung several times, having to leave messages, as no one rings back. All I want to know is when it will arrive as it’s been radio silence since I made the order. There is no tracking service and no one to talk to, I wished I’d order the product from someone else. I wouldn’t have written this review if they have contacted me and kept me up to date.
It’s a week since I wrote the original review and 2 days afterwards I received an email to say my ordered is being processed - it’s now 3 weeks since I ordered the product. The event that I ordered the product for has been and gone and still no one at Patio Life picks up the phone or answers emails - absolutely appalling.

Fantastic Service with a difficult Order
We purchased a patio set from Patio Life shortly after lock down in the full knowledge the supply chain had been affected as such no delivery date could be given but we would be advised when available. Several weeks later the delivery date was confirmed and the delivery made. Disappointingly one chair leg was damaged and a replacement was re ordered. The table was subject to the usual use over the summer and covered and put away for the winter. During Christmas the table was reused when we noticed marks to the table top between the glass laminate. Photos were sent reviewed and without any fuss and we were offered an upgrade due to delivery issues. The table
top was delivered this week and all looking good. In summary whilst our order was disappointing for all concerned the service from Patio Life and Norfolk Leisure was constantly excellent. Thank you
