On two separate occasions I was promised by representatives that I would be sent a video tour of a property at the time the in person viewings were being conducted. Both times I emailed and called several times in advance including on the day of the viewings. I still didnt receive any video nor an application and missed out on properties I was keen on. Very frustrating and really pathetic service.

Samantha is very professional and helpful with any queries that we have, always resolving issues in a very timely manner. Excellent service all round!

Great Start with Tia at Pymm & Co
