Mel went above and beyond to find me another house last minute and get the contracts all through in minimal time. I particularly want to commend the agent Tia at the Norwich branch, who has been very helpful and understanding throughout the difficult (and at times stressful) process of finding a new home in Norwich. The team has a more personal approach compared to other agencies and is quick to let you know if there is a property that might align with your profile. 5* easily given!
