Efficient and courteous service
Jack was very efficient in reaching out as our lease expired and arranging the renewal. I have always found Quadient efficient and courteous especially when we had a problem with the machine which was fixed within a couple of days.

Kellie is always very friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. She advises which offers are available but is never pushy or annoying.

We had an issue with our reporting on monthly stats
We had an issue with our reporting on the franking machine - Lisa was very helpful and took the time to understand the issue and do her best to help us resolve it on the call - she later called us back to make adjustments to the machine to correct the reporting process

Had a problem with our monthly figures…
Had a problem with our monthly figures due to Quadient system having had an update.
I spoke to Teagan who was extremely helpful and patient as I had to reinstall something on our franking machine that I had not done before. Teagan also followed up with some missing information by e-mail after our call - 10/10 for Teagan's helpfulness.

I have telephone several times today…
I have telephone several times today and no matter which number I pressed, I got a recorded message asking if I wanted to re-set something and it did not give me the option to speak to anyone. I am trying to navigate you new dashboard, however today it was not working correctly. I went on line and was dealt with by Farida, who was helpful, however, I did not resolve my issue.

KEEPING LEASE WITH QUADIENT
We just had a new lease of our franking machine through Quadient, whom we have been a client for the past 3 years. The whole team has been very professional, efficient, and proactive in answering any questions. Paul Thorpe is our account manager, and understood all the questions we had and provided the solution we needed. The communication has been very good and clear from the whole team.
