I paid on quality foods website over 5 days ago, and they have not even shipped it. This is the 2nd time that the dispatch is soo late.

Excellent service and communication. Well packed and the vegetables ordered arrived fresh.

I did not receive the fresh ginger I ordered and was not informed about it.
However I got my refund on request.
Packaging and delivery was satisfactory.
Will consider shopping again.

I still have not received my order which I placed on over a week ago. I was informed an email would be forthcoming but nothing. Very disappointed.

Products from quality foods are okay, depending on what brand you get. I have had some issues with freshness, packaging, and delivery. Recently, I placed an order with them on Wednesday before 2 pm. It's been 8 days and they have not yet shipped my order. Thus, they are not reliable.

My order said it should be delivered to me 9th of January. Still hasn't seen anything yet.i need refund

Made a order paid for next day delivery its been over 2 weeks still havent received anything. Emailed them and they havent replied. I would never use their service. I just wanted to buy few items to see how they doing so i can place a big order but never again

I purchased my grocery twice from Quality Foods online . Packed with care my order was delivered on time . The quality of the purchased grocery was good . I have bought fresh vegetables, spices , Lentils, beans , pulses, peanuts , walnuts, cashews, apricots etc. Everything was in good clean condition. Dried apricots were really nice .

I did not receive my order yet been more than a week and no details of dispatch too. Surprisingly I get an email to re-order again because its been weeks since your last order. Disappointingly I didn't receive my first order.
Never order online again.

I placed an order almost three weeks ago received it yesterday. There was an item missing which they issued a refund for but no apology.
As i have experienced this before with them about their Best Before date being short when sending products out, i requested that both my products flour and rice have long dates. The reply came back that this will not be a problem and they will check and should be long dated. The Rice expiry date is end of mid January 23!!
They have asked for the product to be sent back at my expense, and they will refund in a voucher to use on my next order!! really as if i will be reordering from them again.
Appalling customer service, think twice before you order.

We have ordered twice so far and both times the order has been delivered quickly. Will use again for Indian groceries.

Quite happy with my first order, although one item was out of stock. They let me know, but refunded me the money for another cheaper item, and the one I had ordered that they could not provide. Overall, I found them good value for money and easier than trying to find all of the items locally (or being unable to obtain them)
