Overall good but frozen dumplings were spoilt in transit so need better transport for frozen stuff.

Poor communication. Allowing a customer to order a product that is not in stock and still not communicate to the customer and deliver what they have. Quite bad.

I ordered some stuff off that website. I was contacted within a short period of time to say tht products i want were out of stock but they are offering alternatives. i said yes to post them. I must say I was pleasantly surprised of the good customer service, efficiency, speed with which they dealt with my purchase, sourced an alternative and posted it. The box was a bit too big but never mind. I am amazed! Please make sure you use that company as nowadays companies don't really value us as customers.

My first order. Ordering was quite simple and straight forward. Confirmation emails were sent. Good quality items received within a few days and packed very well. Didn't receive two items, however a refund email was sent. Would help if the reason was provided for not receiving them. Or if the item is unavailable it should let you know as you shop, hence so many refunds wouldn't have to be made. Overall quite pleased with Quality Foods online. Thanks.

In October, , I did a shopping with quality foods. Delivery was prompt and well-packed. One recommendation is communication. Let the customer knows when you going to deliver or despatched ,how many boxes. I recommend this shop.

I wasn’t very happy about the tax added on without any warning, also there are two items missing from the package that arrived. I was happy with what items I did receive. I have sent an email for the missing items. Awaiting response .
