Very good platforms, good customer service and honestly almost perfect

I am writing this after 3 months of attempting to resolve a critical, platform-breaking bug with Quantower support (Ticket #92727).

As a Lifetime License holder, I expect a degree of stability and support for the professional tools I rely on. However, for the last 90+ days, my platform has been completely "bricked" due to critical problems in integration of both Alpaca and Tradier's API. The bug with Alpaca triggers an infinite crash loop on startup, meaning I cannot even use the software for charting or data analysis, let alone execution as Alpaca let you trade options but Quantower crashes if you trade options with Alpaca.
Furthermore, I have discovered that their Tradier integration is also functionally incomplete, as it lacks the ability to route pre-market and post-market orders—a necessity for any active equity trader.
Despite multiple escalations, support has officially informed me that they have "no specific timeline" to resolve this.

When a company sells a "Lifetime" product, they are entering into a long-term commitment to maintain that product. A 3-month lockout with no ETA and a "we'll fix it in the future" dismissal is, in my professional opinion, a failure to provide the service purchased. I have provided logs, details, and clear repro steps, yet the issue remains unaddressed.

Proceed with extreme caution if you are a professional trader relying on their broker integrations for your daily operations.
P.S: I would be happy to update this review if a concrete, immediate fix is provided to restore the functionality I purchased

I spent a couple days trying to fix the lettering on TPO chart. The default setting uses the 6PM futures trading hour as the letter A. I was looking for the solution that get it to show letter A for CME opening hour starts at 9.30am. Anyway, after looking around on youtube, online doc, etc. I couldn't fix it, so I tried the online support chat. After explaining my situation, the online support team, Evgeny, help me fix the problem.

I had trouble connecting my APEX account to quantower. I raised a ticket to Apex few days ago now but have not hear anything from them not even an automated response. I emailed Quantower hoping to get the issue resolved and was not disappointed. Vadym from official Quantower chat was very quick resolving my issue. I hope you get a raise!

For a more experienced trader, this would be good, with its many features. But I was not a good fit.

Fantastic trading platform with top notch order flow tools, connections to all major data feeds, built-in copy trading capability allowing you to trade multiple prop firms at the same time. The interface is great and online documentation is solid. After just a little use, it's very intuitive to use and customize. The customer support is amazing too. Evgeny and Artur have always been available with online chat support any time I've needed it and they're super helpful. Been very happy with this softare for over 2 years now.

Software gut, doch sie ist sowas von kompliziert und unverständlich aufgebaut. Warnung: Wenn ihr die Session Template ändert, kann es sein das euer Cluster verbuggt und ihr alles resetten dürft. :-)

Is a good platform,used Is good and also they did a good job,only missing a heatmap and a Mac version!

Had little issues in the beginning by not knowing totally how to set up the software. I reached out to the support team. Great service! Overdelivered, the person from QT just opened my windows and he has seen what has to be fixed before I even told him what the issues were. Now I could not ask more from a software!
