Quantum Electrical & Solar Ltd Reviews

Mason was very knowledgeable and was impressed with the time he took to explain the process and the options available. The drone to view the roof was the attention to detail I had not been given by other quotes. The competition used google street view which does not provide a detailed view. Mason was able to confirm exactly what system would fit and provide the maximum generation. His fitters worked efficiently and cleared up afterwards. The weather was cold, wet and windy but that did not deter them. Jake especially did an excellent job. The system is now up and running and look forward to the benefits of solar. Mason has been particularly understanding and is on hand to sort out any issues. I have no hesitation in recommending him as there are some dubious sales techniques adopted by other organisations but he was honest and took the time to explain how it will work with no hard selling.

I wanted to share a genuine recommendation for Quantum Solar, who recently installed my new solar system and battery. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and really enjoyable.
Mason was my first point of contact and handled the initial details and survey. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what would work best for my home. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and very easy to talk to.
Jake looked after the installation and made sure everything was set up and working properly. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable, and thorough.
I am still getting used to the system and figuring out how to tie in my new Zappi EV charger, but the solid work they did has hopefully made that much easier.
Overall, the speed of delivery, the quality of the installation, and the way the whole Quantum Solar team looked after me was excellent. They were professional, reliable, and just good people to work with.
I am very grateful for the service and would not hesitate to recommend Quantum Solar to anyone thinking about going solar.

I recently had EcoFlow solar panels and an Ocean battery system installed by Quantum Electrical and Solar, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
I'd been searching for solar and battery solutions for a while, and Octopus Energy put forward a few options to choose from. From the very first contact, Quantum stood out. The team were polite, enthusiastic, and genuinely knowledgeable—there was no pushy sales approach, just helpful advice and excellent literature to help me understand my options.
As approved installers, they offered very competitive pricing with a clear, straightforward proposal. The payment schedule was easy and fair, and there were no unexpected extras along the way.
The whole process ran smoothly. A couple of minor issues arose that were completely outside their control, but these were managed efficiently and promptly. I was particularly impressed by how quickly the power network applications were completed—unbelievably fast. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates at every stage.
When it came to the installation itself, the work was tidy and professional. The team cleared up after themselves and left everything spotless.

Mason always responsive and happy to help during all process.

Mason offers a very personalised service and is very passionate and hands-on, which helps ensure a high standard of work is achieved. Communication was AND CONTINUES TO BE excellent, and the strong work ethic is very evident across his team.

Having done a lot of research into Solar panel systems, I'd naturally contacted multiple installers. Not only was Mason's quote competitive, but his comprehensive approach to ensuring all details are covered and flexibility really stood out to me. It seems the industry is rife with those that choose to undermine their competition in order to close your business. Refreshingly, Mason was very upfront with choosing to focus on how he can help us achieve the install we wanted.

One other key highlight is they are a very clean, polite and efficient team, who understand the importance of respecting your home!

I'd highly recommend his services for any electrical work and we look forward to having Quantum back next year for part 2 of the install!

I recently had EcoFlow Solar system installed by Quantum, the whole process was very smooth.

Mason in particular is extremely well informed & passionate about his company & the service they offer. This is reflected in the way they approach the service they provide to the customer.
I highly recommend

From the initial survey to completion of the installation Masons team where professional throughout, information explained and work completed to the highest standards.
Don't change a thing lads

Great customer experience from the start - quoted in person, patiently answered our 100s questions, didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need, quick and efficient install and so far very happy with our system (6kwp array with 10kw Ecoflow battery/inverter). Navigating the solar market was not straightforward - rapidly changing tech, everyone from big energy companies to 1-man band sparkies offering it and information overload. We spent several months researching and comparing quotes and the design and products selected by Quantum stood out, esp. the warranties on the batteries and inverter. Mason and the Quantum team's commitment to ensuring we had a good experience from start to finish was second to none - great communication, pointed us to previous customers we could speak to, super knowledgeable, adjusted the design and products to suit our preferences, accommodated our changing timelines. Thanks Mason, Jake and Quantum team!

We've used Quantum for both electrical work and solar, and they've been great to work with. Really knowledgeable, reliable and always clear with communication. They show up on time, get the job done efficiently, and leave everything tidy. It's great having someone you can trust to do quality work without any fuss. Highly recommend

Great installer, from the survey to the product knowledge on the different types of systems.

They will play a big part in the solar industry for many years to come!

Well done to Mason and the team.
