Amazon advertising performance had been very volatile before signing up with Quartile and Eric was very reassuring in his explanation and approach, and has delivered stability and efficiency to our account with advertising cost of sales going down already. The whole process has been seamless for us and we are confident and excited about future growth with quartile.

horrible company, dont know what they are doing, costs us 10's of thousands in ads with very minimal return. we hired them to improve our ads but we left out of the experience with worse ad campaigns. when i tried to contact them numerous times for a refund but they essentially ghosted me. horrible customer service and i wouldnt work with them again even if they offered me their service for free.

they'll try to reply with excuses or "blame" us for their bad execution and results so they come out of it looking good, so dont trust whatever they reply with
