Working with Quarlite has been an exceptional experience from start. Thanks to Pedro and Gabriel who were always available and incredibly hands-on, consistently monitoring our ads (even on weekends) to ensure everything was performing at its best. They held regular weekly catch-up calls, clearly explained performance, adjusted strategies when needed, and made sure we stayed aligned with our goals. Their dedication, transparency, and hard work led to amazing results beyond our expectations. We’re truly proud of their services and grateful for the partnership. We’ve partnered with Quartile for 2 years now, and it’s hard to believe we ever functioned without them. Our account manager, Maria, is transparent, understanding, and genuinely trustworthy, and she’s been instrumental in helping us reach our Amazon ad goals.

We have had a wonderful experience so far using Quartile. We were skeptical at first after not seeing much success with other companies we had worked with, but that all changed within the first month thanks to Edward and Pedro. Edward walked us through the onboarding process and truly made it a stress-free experience. After meeting with Pedro, we developed a game plan tailored to our needs and goals which he implemented immediately. In just a few months, we have seen our ROAS triple. The Quartile app you get access to allows you to easily track how your campaigns are performing. We are very pleased with the entire experience and look forward to working with the Quartile long term team going forward.

We were on a trial with Quartile. We have a very difficult niche product to advertise so we all knew it would be a challenge going in but we trusted Quartile to give it a try. Throughout the trial Pedro Renaux was incredibly supportive, imaginative (we are not the 'run of the mill easy to advertise and get it right product'), and used his expertise working on our campaigns for Amazon. I would HIGHLY recommend Quartile over the other similar services I talked to - you can trust they will do their best and be honest and transparent with you. Our trial has ended but we will be coming back next year (for our industry we are pretty much closed December).

They are the most professional in the market.

Gustavo is a very knowledgeable guy, also very helpful and approachable. He helped me setting up our first few campaigns and was very responsive at all times.

We’ve been working with Quartile for the past couple of months, and the onboarding experience with Gustavo and Gabriel has been excellent. They were clear, proactive, and very hands-on in helping us get our campaigns set up correctly.

What stood out the most was how responsive and thoughtful they were — always explaining the “why” behind each step, adjusting strategies based on our account’s needs, and making sure we understood how to get the most out of the platform. It never felt rushed or generic.

We’re already seeing improvements in structure, clarity, and long-term planning thanks to their guidance. Excited to work with the long-term team going forward.

We used Quartile for 6 months, and it has been one of the worst PPC management experiences we’ve ever had.

Our experience with Quartile has been one of the worst we’ve had with any PPC management platform or agency.

1. They never delivered what was promised
During onboarding we were assured that Quartile would improve our PPC, optimize spending, and deliver better results than manual management. After 6 months, none of this happened — our performance declined significantly.

2. Constant overspending without approval
Even after repeatedly setting clear daily budgets, Quartile overspent by thousands of dollars, multiple times. This happened throughout all 6 months. Their system simply ignores budget controls, causing huge unnecessary losses.

3. Lack of real PPC knowledge
We spoke to multiple people at Quartile, including the “excellence team,” and it became clear that while they understand their software, they lack real-world PPC knowledge. We provided lists of negative search terms that were never added, causing further wasted spend.

4. Poor internal coordination
Every time a new team member joined, we had to explain the same issues again. Instead of coordinating internally, they made us repeat everything, showing how disorganized the team is.

5. “System training” excuses for months
For 3 months we were told: “It’s early… let the system train… give it more time.”
Even after months of data, things only got worse.

6. Refusal to refund despite clear failure
We disconnected Quartile completely — meaning they are providing no service — yet they refused a full refund for the month. They hide behind terms & conditions instead of taking responsibility for their own failures.
They offered a very small “goodwill refund” which does not cover even a fraction of the damage.

7. Worst service experience in years
After 6 months of mismanagement, wasted budget, wrong decisions, lack of PPC understanding, and terrible communication, Quartile has proven to be the worst PPC service we have ever used.

We are writing this to help other sellers avoid losing time, money, and patience the way we did.

Gustavo continues to grow my sales and is good and giving continued feedback on optimization when I require it. I hope to continue to grow my business even further with Quartile.

Quartile has been great to work with. Eric, our account rep, made the onboarding process smooth and straightforward. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us get our account set up quickly. Excellent support and a very positive experience overall.

Working with Quartile has been a very positive experience for us at UnderX. Marina, who managed our Amazon and Walmart programs, has been excellent from day one. She is organized, responsive and always made sure we understood the strategy and performance. Her attention to detail and follow-through made a real difference.

Luciano has also done a great job on the Walmart side, especially with the day-to-day management and troubleshooting. Both of them were reliable partners and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

Quartile helped us improve our structure and visibility across both platforms, and their team stayed engaged and supportive until the very end. I appreciate the professionalism, communication and genuine care they brought to the account.

Great team work and nice people

This team is super professional and easy to work with on all platforms. Great communication and easily accessible for any questions!

Our implementation phase has gone smoothly and we appreciate all the insights our Account Manager, Eric, provided.
